Thanks for the video. .3 ohms, I'm assuming by dry firing my coils they burn the wick so fast the juice can't vaporize, do you suggest I soak the wicks before putting them in the coil?

You should never dry-fire your coils with cotton in them!! That works with silica wick, but not cotton. Always drip a lot of juice on the cotton so they're thoroughly wet before firing the coils. They should be thoroughly wet, and make sure the wick is snug but not squeezed too tight by the coil so that the juice can flow into the cotton that's inside the coil. Then, when they start to dry out again, drop more juice on them. When your sure everything is working correctly, screw on the bottom part of the chimney, make sure your cotton is sitting in the right place, and the cotton is still wet, then test-fire the coils again. If it's still working OK, screw on the top part of the chimney, put on the tank, screw on the top cap, fill it with juice, and you're ready to go.

The cotton won't burn if it's wet, no matter how hot the coil is. The juice has to boil off first. So, if the cotton is burning, that mean it hasn't absorbed the juice, so you're not dripping enough juice on the wick, or you have too much cotton choking up the coil (so use less cotton).
