Big Tobacco in E-Cigs???

I'm not sure that's exactly correct.

--Judge Leon said the FDA could not regulate them as drug delivery devices
--The FDA expressed concern that electronic cigarettes would then go totally unregulated
--Judge Leon suggested that the FDA could regulate them as tobacco products.

But until the FDA deems them to be tobacco products (deeming regulations) they are not YET tobacco products.

That's the way I've always understood it anyway.
But I could be wrong.

Yes, they are not covered under the deeming regulations until the regulations are final.

But the FSPTCA defines tobacco products as anything "made or derived from tobacco" and I wonder if the FSPTCA is already considered to be law.
In other words, are electronic cigarettes legally already a tobacco product, just one that is not yet regulated?

I'm no longer sure that I am clear on that.
Nor am I sure it matters.

Big tobacco, the FDA, whoever / whatever can straight blo me. I've got enough bullet proof mods, Rebuildable Atomizers, nic base and supplies to last atleast 10 years.

And if I sense that there will be impending taxation / bans / control by big tobacco or FDA I will further prepare for zombacolypse by just getting more perishables like nic base now. That's really the only thing they can do to screw with me but I'm ready to not get screwed

Hmmm.. I don't like how they say it's just like tobacco and their the ones who know! Almost like they want it classified as a tobacco product. That opens vaping up to regulation, taxation and expensive approval processes. Right down their alley I guess!

I should be dead. In the beginning as I fumbled through cartomizers, tanks and eliquids. I had more nicotine liquid on me than I did in the tank. It was everywhere. Now I use an eyedropper. Perfect. I will quit vaping if the FDA bans the refillable . I will not spend one cent on a product like Vuse. AWFUL! They can all go where it's flaming hot.
