That's perfect. My local B&M uses 60/40 so there's not too much of a difference. I do hate when retailers won't tell you the ration they use though. Had a local shop like that. I liked some of their flavors so asked the ratio and they wouldn't say. So I turned around and walked out. Sucks for them, missed out on at least $100 from me.

Yes, although it takes a bit of time to make new flavors that follow the same pattern of complexity, smoothness and uniqueness (specially now that we have to dedicate most of the day to orders). Our next and 7th flavor that we are working on is a custard.

Also, we made it to a THIRD winner today! By midnight we'll announce the lucky three winners!
