Black Button Xl Batts Inferior?

I forgot to put in the comments in my order about not wanting the black button. I ordered 2 XL's and due to everyone saying how they get more vapor from them.

I am actually getting less th and vapor from these. They also have what seems to be a 7 second cutoff and prolly a 10 second cooldown when they hit the cutoff.

If this only the black button XL's or all XL's?

I have a camo green battery from early October, and a brand new chrome received a week ago - both XL manuals with gold buttons. The camo green one works great, the new chrome one performs as described by Luma. I don't think that it is the button color, most likely just part of a random defect rate that has increased in the last 6 months for both cartos and juice. I have many batteries of different sizes, though most are XL manuals - only two past problems; one auto was crappy last spring which they replaced with a manual at my request, and more recently a problem with a worn switch on one of my oldest shorty manuals (which I am still using on occasion). Opened a service order on the chrome, will post resolution when available.

Edit: I meant to say "defect rate that has increased in the last 6 months for both cartos and batteries" - I haven't had any problems with juice quality, only the lack of Premium Smilin (it better be in the next shipment or ELSE!)

Thanks for the response! I am very unsatified with these like you. My regular manuals perform way better. waiting to hear back from you about your open ticket on this issue.

It's not just the XL. I had a Chrome black-button regular manual from October and returned it because the cut-off was too short, the cool-down period not cool, and the button would stick. I received another and returned that one too, requested the gold-button, and now I am very happy with it, er...them (they sent 2 this time). I am SMILIN.

Customer service was...mahvelous! The ticket tracking system is great. Everything was so smooth I almost WISH I had another problem to fix.

I tried new factory, the samples we received were FABULOUS, so of course, I gave HUGE, order, and they messed up. V4L will everything correct, and we are, as of today, discontinuing this factory, as well as closing out this line.

Many people really like these battery's, but, alas, not up to V4L standards.

All will be replaced

Steve, thank you for standing by your products and changing them when needed. But will a new factory mean new flavored juices again??

Update: Support ticket opened with V4L last night at 9pm, response this morning at 9:35am - very polite and apologetic commitment to send me a replacement battery within 24 hrs. Can't ask for anything more than what these guys do; hopefully the replacement will work as expected and is not from the same batch.

Thanks to V4L for the great customer service as always.
