I got satin provari recently, it took less than a week. not sure about black provari. but heard they are shipping fast!
Provape has a thread in the Forum Suppliers Section. Probably be able to get up to date info there. Last I was reading it was a weekish but that could have changed. Congrats
I ordered the standard ProVari on Friday and it told me that current lead time is 2 weeks or less, but I understand it's more for the black currently. I suspect their current sale is really spiking interest. 
I am in Australia and I received my Black extended cap Provari yesterday!

I bought mine about 4 weeks ago. The web site said there was up to a 2 week delievery on it.
Here is the timeline.
I ordered online on a Friday at about 10:00 am PST.
Recieve an Immediate e-Mail of my order.
Recieved a Shipping Notice at 11:10 am PST with a tracking number.
Recieved the the Provari on Monday at about 2:00 pm.
It was shipped USPS Priority Mail. I'm on the West coast.
Here I thought getting a black one would make me different, I think the original colored ones are more rare I ordered mine right before they went on vacation, so I had to wait an extra week. Took about 2 weeks including the wait to get it in my grubby paws.

According to their forum they're going to be shipping a lot of black ones Tuesday or Wednesday of next week (waiting for paint finish I think). The regular and chrome ones are shipping this week. I'm hoping mine is in that batch. That would be a 2 week wait for me. The wait is killing me though.
I know the feeling, I nearly formed a support group on Twitter over the wait
I'd join that group.
However if they're shipping some out this week, I can cross my fingers and hope against hope that mine's in this lot. I am so ready to ditch the weak power curve of these eGos it's not even funny. (Okay, it's largely my fault for subjecting them to LR dual coil cartos for the last month and a half, but still... all the more reason to be anxious for some real voltage. )
When I ordered mine (satin, the black and chrome werent released yet) back in February there was a 3 week lead time. It shipped out 22 days after I placed the order so, at that time at least, they had a pretty accurate estimate.
I ordered my black Provari on July 12th and it shipped on July 19th, so a one week wait.
One can only hope it's a 1 week wait. Everytime I get an email notification I close my eyes and open it slowly hoping it's a shipping notification from provape....not quite that bad but I for sure am excited about trying out higher voltage than my ego. I feel like I've been missing out.
Two months ago, I ordered the standard finish. It was showing two weeks or less lead time. I ordered it on a Wednesday, and it was sitting on my desk when I arrived the following Monday morning (delivered on Saturday).
All depends on if they have them in hand or not... When I ordered the black textured finish one (just before it was replaced by the chrome version), shipped that night. With the black chrome version, probably looking at a 1-3 week waiting period Ricks sir. It is worth the wait though...
