So I got my first mod today, a "blemished" satin black mini...

The blemish I guess, is this needle point sized speck that looks like dust... not bad

Throw my phonenix @ 2ohm, provari @ 4.2, and I'm in vapor heaven!

When I first started vaping, BWB cassablanca and a riva got me off stoogies, then the flavor went away, bummer, so I got a twist, it worked good for while, then broke, after my repair it just wasn't the same... IM HAPPY AGAIN! put in a fresh 18350 at noon, and it's at 3.5v so I'm happy with that.

My point? if your reading this wondering if you should take the plunge... HELL YES!!! go to provape.com right now and get a "blem" while you can!

Oh, and yeah, I finally get it

why did I wait so long?

Ha, sorry to hear that, but thanks for posting it. I think there's a blem blue in my near future....

Yea, well...doesn't affect functionality and I will end up scuffing it anyways.. I might be a tad OCD with these things, but my New Years resolution was to try not to be so ........lol...this is why I didn't contact provape.

No blem noticable on my "blem" ProVari Mini in satin I received yesterday. My take on what happened is that certain ProVari's in a production run had blems, others may not, and they did not wish to go through an entire production run to determine which had blems and which did not.

Cheers,

i was thinking they were trying to sell the remaining stock of their v2.0's before the v2.5s came in, but theyve since said they will be offering the old as a choice so i dunno. I cant find a blem on mine either, there was somethign that i thought was it, but it turned out to be a dust spec

I'm going to receive my blemished Provari in the mail shortly. I didn't care about a blem because if I buy something, I buy something I can use. It will be in my purse, hanging out in the kitchen, going on rides in my Toy and going into a pocket when I do yard work [Okay, maybe for that last one I'll use one of my X2's:)]

im thinking about getting a blem, if a provari makes an annoying noise i find that a reason alone not to get it over other MODS (bring it fanboys) i just don't think that's something i'd like as i do a lot of vaping where i don't like to bother people (watching movies/tv with others who find my carto tanks annoying enough) don't think i'd like having a buzzing along with snapping, crackling and popping. anyone else have any insight on this? is this a for sure thing? when does it occur? i pretty much only use 3ohm boge single coil cartos at around 4.4v

Hmmm just noticed today I hear a quite but high pitch hum when I go over 4.5v should i send it in?

Also the above battery life was with a non AW imr @ 900mah as opposed to the 700mah that provape sells..

Of the two I've used theres no sound at all, one full size and a mini?
I would ask Provape about it, maybe it's the battery?

Lol, ok this is gonna sound silly..I actually emailed provape about this once...I think they thought I was crazy...if you keep your teeth on the drip tip while vaping and hear the high pitched noise....try using your lips only (yea yea, that's what she said).. I have provari v1 / v2 and mini and I hear it on all frequently.... I think I am sensitive to PWM.

Lips only and the noise goes away...I think teeth help vibrate the sound...
