Blood pressure

I am worried about the effect on BP also. I lost twenty pounds over the summer and it brought my BP down. But I am vaping WTA liquids at 2.4, and nic salt liquids at 5. And I still smoke 5 - 9 American spirits per day - the ones in the black pack. Feel fine though.

So one thing I’ve realized with vaping is my blood pressure is always higher... when I smoked cigarettes my blood pressure was 120-22 over 75. Now that i’m vaping it goes up to like 137 over 84? Has any one else noticed difference in blood pressure?
