I am totally disapointed that I cant get regular carts to work on my bloog battery. So far only bloog carts work on bloog batteries. I dont like the bloog carts. I went through all 5 very fast, they seem to get yucky way faster than any others I have ever had.

What are you putting in them? Some juices work better then others, High Vg or really dark juices always kills mine faster.

Have you tried the Volt cartos from Smokeless Image yet? Smokeless Image Not only are they basically the same cartos (some say they are the same cartos just made for a different company), they are cheaper and you don't have to pay the ridiculous shipping cost from Bloog! The customer service over at SI is the best there is, and right now they are still having their summer sale of 23% off with the coupon "Heatwave" w/o the quotations.

Btw, I am not affiliated with SI by any means. I am however a HUGE fan of the company and the product (I just can't say enough good about it)! I am also a fan of saving money... ;)

+1. I'm also wondering if the problem might be due to the juice you're using. I also find that high VG, dark colored or oily juices like cinammon tend to gunk up the cartomizer filler so that the juice doesn't flow down to the bottom correctly. So although there's still a lot of juice in it, the carto acts like it's empty. Using a lightly colored peppermint flavor @12mg nic, 70% PG, I can refill the bloogs for weeks before performance falls off noticably (I can't attest to pre-filled cartos though). I've used V4L and Smoketip cartos on the bloog battery with no problem.

I take that same litecig cart and put in on my bloog battery and it will not work. I also tried an old WOW cart on the bloog battery and it did not work.
If you're saying it doesn't work at all, then that's a bit odd (IMO) since all KR808D-1 products are supposed to be compatible with each other. However, I've found there's minor variation with the threads across different brands, so sometimes a carto won't screw onto another brand's battery as smoothly, but it should work. I don't have any litecig cartos, but I've used WOW cartos on my bloog batteries.

If you're saying it doesn't work well, then that could be because the bloog batteries are regulated to put out a constant 3.6 volts. Newer models from other brands are also regulated, but most older models are not. They start at 4.2 volts and then drop with usage. I've found that seems to make cartos taste different than on a non-bloog batteries, although it's subjective whether they taste better or worse. Likewise, the bloog cartos taste different when put on a unregulated non-bloog battery (again, it's subjective whether they taste better or worse).

Two questions:
1. Are they not working at all, or not working well?
2. Do your bloog cartos work with your other batteries?

I'm pretty sure Halo cartomizers and elitevapor works cartomizers will work with Bloog. I have ordered from elitevapor works and have used the Halo cartomizers. I can attest to Halo's carts lasting a long time. I burn the crap out of everything I touch and the Halo carts hold up really well.
Do those work better than the Bloog cartos with the juices that gave you problems?

Because the current consensus on these forums is that the Bloog, Halo, and Volt cartos are identical. It would be useful if someone provided some evidence to the contrary.

I haven't used Bloog or Volt but I have an order from elitevaporworks.com on the way to try out. I like the plastic case they come in and the shipping was free. :) I don't know if the other cartos have this or not, but on Halo cartos there is a small clear rubber washer down around the connector that attaches to the battery. I have some pretty thick juices I've used and only one of my 7 cartos I got with my G6 kit on the 23rd is bad. I've refilled these A LOT...and keep in mind that if something is burnable, I WILL burn it. Also, you can't see the wick in the Halo cartos, which leads me to believe that it's really low. The cartos don't get really hot, either...it's a really nice very warm vape, but not too hot that it burns. I'll try to remember to come back and report how the elitevaporworks cartos compare.

I originally bought bloog cartos, then switched to volt because of the price and cheaper shipping. To me I don't notice any differences. If there is a better performing carto out there for a decent price, I'm all for it but these cartos are working fine for me right now. I guess I've been lucky not to experience any bad cartos thus far in my vaping experience.

One thing that can help determine if Bloog and Volt cartos are the same as Halo cartos is whether or not there is a visible wick. Halo cartos have a very low, non-visible wick. So, if you can see a wick on any of the other KR808D-1 cartos they are NOT the same as Halo cartos. There is also the matter of the little clear rubber washer on the battery connection side of the Halo cartos. Also, if there is any leaking of juice into the mouth then it's different because the Halo cartomizers don't leak unless you have a puddle of liquid on top of the filler. I did that once and even then it was just a tiny bit and entirely my fault for over-filling.
