Hi All,

OK, our shipping software has now been updated. We should no longer have issues with mismatched carriers/tracking info. The confirmation is also a bit easier to read.

I placed an order earlier today and got an email confirming shipment and a fedex tracking number. When I try to run the tracking number I get: "No information for the following shipments/FedEx Office orders has been received by our system yet. Please try again later or contact Customer Service."

I'm just wondering if my package was actually shipped or if that means that the label was printed but hasn't been picked up by fedex yet.

Just that the label was printed.... fed ex picks up in the late afternoon/early evening....once fed ex picks up it will note that on the tracking

Thanks for updating this... I have made two orders under the new system and it is much more user friendly.

If you want to get all sorts of technical we could get tracking info directly from the website I know I like to push it.
