USA. State: Inebriated.
Part of it is to allow the coils to ramp up, the other part is to allow maximum lung capacity for sick legendary premium epic clouds bruh.

I sometimes do it after a puff just to clear the "stale vapor" out of the rda, but uh, unless you're goin for the super epic sick primo cloud compz bro totally radical, there's not much practicality to it.

This might be a silly question but on a lot of YouTube videos I watch I see a lotof people blowing into their mods before they do a lung hit, is there a reason why?

Ever press the button, take a deep breath and........ nothing.... ?

Well if you puff first, and you see a little toot come out the airhole, you know you have power to your coil.

TOOT!

Yah, that's it. In the competitions, they have to use mech mods; and they all use wild coil builds with huge surface area. That takes some time to heat up and make vapor. No sense standing there with your lungs empty waiting, so they blow into the mod to empty them, and to make sure the coils are hot.

What just happened? lol I think he was just answering the question. Not suggesting you use mech mods in competitions. I think the point is they get in the habit of doing, so they just do it no matter what mod they're using. And probably to make themselves look cool for their videos with their clouds.

It's done for different reasons in different situations.

Leaving cloud comps aside... a reviewer would likely do it to produce a more impressive cloud from the product in question. Different combos of mod and build can make for a long ramp up.

For myself... I want a higher ratio of vapor to air in my lung hit.
So I ... pull, puff, pull, puff puff till I see that the coil(s) is hot and producing.
Then I draw my lung hit.

And no, I'm not chasing clouds. Others may have their own reasons.
Not a silly question, it just doesn't have a single answer.

Sorry @ suprtrkr
Maybe u didn't see that I'm in the new vaper comment? Why talk about mech mods and compotitions? I thought it was a simple question that was answered.

Just answer the damn question and leave your personal opinions at the doorstep. Got it!!!!

And @nyiddle , you get 15 minute time out in the corner for your outlandish statements. Where did you learn to talk like that? Go wash your mouth out with soap. Jeez, kids, can't train em anymore.
