:mad:Ordered my blu in early november, got it about 3 weeks later. I got pulled in by a few video reviews, wish i would of found these forums first. First let me say i was a fairly heavy smoker, usually little more then half a pack a day (till FSC started in my town).

I can't compare blu to any other e cigs, because i havn't tried any yet. If you smoke like i use to though, you will be very sad after a day with the blu cig. I dont know if i missed these "new carts" i hear about but mine only last about 3-4 cigs worth and the last half is usually little hits. I find if i remove the tin foil inside with a bobby pin (without pushing the inside cap farther in) and never remove the cart till its done i get maybe 5 cigs....... but still the last 2 are like vaping nothing. When i say cig i use that term lightly because thats if your hit your cigs like a 14 year old girl. I personally get no more then 15 decent hits, not cigs, but hits. Plus after they stop working the "cotton ball like" stuff is still wet. On top of all that, batterys last only 2ish hours if not less on constant use (and it will be constant because your hits are so unsatisfying).

If you have a blu already, id recommend trying to get your money back or modding it (though i havnt tried that yet, and i hear it voids the warrenty). If all e cigs were like a blu they would already all be out of business.

If you want something that will help you stop smoking, this isnt it (at least for my old smoking habits). I wish i could make a suggestion on what to get instead but i havnt come that far yet. But for a fairly heavy smoker, id recommend doin some more research.

As for me......ill be waiting on my big chuck with an 801 attachment, and my 801 atomizers/carts from a site i will not name, even though i got a email 2 hours later saying they were shipped! :D
And sadly, smokin my analogs.:(

oh yeah and vapor production is a joke its in no way the same as an analog its very weak the guy that started this thread sounds like he works for blu cig i have a test for you or anybody that has a blu cig put a fully charged one in your pocket with the filter on and walk around for an hour or two i bet you will get burned and all your cartridge will be gone

I hate to be the one to tell you this but run on sentences are not your friend nor anyone who is trying to read your posts. Have a great day.

first off i would like to say I'm new to this e cig thing here. its great news for me because i smoke a lot.

but i just want to say this in my opinion. if you have the product say it in facts don't try to be harsh just say the facts. for the people who dont have the product just shut up because you don't know what your talking about any other then shipping problems that they had in the past.

try not to be biased and prejudice about the product itself because there's 2 sides of the story here from what i heard in the forums. some people like and some don't.

if you also like the product try not to be so highly about it it seems like your trying to advertise it thats what people are seeing these days. we customers and consumers are not stupid.

i hope that i get good unbiased reviews from each side of the story instead of the shipping problem

because i ordered mine on 11/26 and it got shipped on 11/30 so imm hoping it will ship it by this friday or next monday

I just ordered the Blu sample pack with extra atomizers for $10 more, but used a $10 off coupon so everything was just $60. I'm a social smoker that smokes about a pack a week. I'll let you know how I like it and if I plan on doing any mods. I ordered it on 12/3 morning and got a shipping confirmation 12/4 morning. Guess thay aren't getting many orders? Hopefully I don't have as bad experience as some pepole on here (or they are just nitpickers or rediculously heavy smokers that need huge hits).

Good for you Sammy, glad to see you got yours fairly quick. You have a point on the free shipping though. If I was paying for shipping then I'd prolly be more peeved about it.

Keep in touch with us let us know how it goes for you.

Vape on!

After some time with the blu I wanted to let ppl know my view has changed. Although it gives very bad first impressions the product itself seems to be holding up nice. Most of my frustration i now know came from the stock carts. Only reason i'll ever buy more is if the 25 i have for some reason become unrefillable. One funny thing I noticed is that if im just sittin at home constanly vaping, the batteries last exactly as long as it takes to kil them. If you are the type who dosnt want to mess around alot with "modding carts" you probably wont want a blu. Now that i fixed up my carts my blu produces more vapor and keeps me happy. Athough i wont be order from blu anymore, I will be using my L88B till it dies!:D

Hey guys I ordered my blu cig last Monday and got it today, so roughly 8 days. I don't know who you guys talked to at customer service, but I never had a problem and they were very nice and helpful. I ordered the white one, and so far I have had no problems. I originally got a 51duo and HATED it. It tasted so bad, without alot of vap. The blu is a cape machine. I thi knthey made approvements to it because I have only heard bad things about it. But so far, I reall like it, the Pcc is really nice, and the flavor of the carts is great. I am going to do a cart mod once I finish the sample
carts, but if anyone is deciding wether or not to get a blu, I would. It's a great little e cig . Thanks guy love this board.

I originally ordered a blucig but apparently they had to recall the charger cases and remake them so they put me on a 6 week wait list. And that didn't even count the time it took to actually ship.

So I canceled my order after about 3 weeks.
I don't have the patience for that.

Then I ordered a Titan 510, and it's my baby. I love it to the end of time.
Blucig almost seems like a joke to me now.

Hi all, I'm another that was sold by the marketing, the size and the convenience of the personal charger case. I did everything ... backwards and I ordered first and then decided to do the research on e-cigs in general. It was mostly an impulse buy. After reading that the 510 atty's fit the blu batteries I ordered some of those as well, and after hours of reading around here(what a wealth of information, thank you all!!!)I pretty much decided I dont care if it looks like a cigarette or not so I am ordering a bartleby as well. I wish I would have done the research first, but honestly I still have high hopes for both my blu and e-cig experience in general. I hope everything arrives soon.

Im sorry for those of you with bad experiences with blu, I have to say mines was impressive. I ordered sunday, UPS delivered them thursday. At first the vapor sucked, but then I got online and googled some stuff and they said too remove the foil, and also to pull out that cotton soaked with the nicotine, stuff it back in a different way and then try… it worked! Dude who started this (don’t know if he does or doesn’t work for blu or not) was right, it does produce a lot of vapor like analogs. So far I only used two carts of Vanilla, and I had to remove the foil and flip the cotton in both of them, but yeah, im happy with the vapor, and the throat hit. I feel like im really smoking. I totally forgot until now, that I have a pack or real smokes in my pocket lol.

Not really feeling the bat life though. Charged both my bats plus my charger case. Its now 8:30 pm central and I gotta charge one of my bats again (it was fully charged at 6:45pm), but then again I guess I have been playing with it a bit much.

Yeah I have to recommend blu e cigs, I have nothing to compare them too because these are my first e cigs, but if anyone has tried blu, but know of a better brand let me know.

I got it within a week of ordering. They send via USPS which is pretty much untrackable until its actually delievered. All the USPS website tells you is that they have the pickup. Anyway, The blu cigs looks great (I got the white) and its really convenient. I tried the classic tobacco (which tastes more like sweet tobacco) and the Cherry (which reminded me of Vicks throat spray) but they tasted nice n mild. I have the LOW nicotnie level ones and the throat hit is mild, but after a prime puff, it gives great hit right out of the box! I tried doign that mod to get more smoke by removing he foil, but it doesnt remove as easily as others said... perhaps they fixed it. I tried using tweezers to grab it, but it was a hassle.

Anyway, because its really cool technology (im a techie) and tastes a lot better than Tobacco. Im just worried I'm going to use this a lot more than a regular cig. What limited me a lot with regular cigs was that I didn't really like the smell of it on my clothes and it only tasted really good with alcohol. Does anyone else smoke a lot more now with the vape than they did with regular cigs? Its so damn convenient!

Anyway, I have no problems with the cig. I'm not a big smoker as I said in my last post, so I'm going to try to limit myself to 1 cartrige a week (15 cig) My problem is that you don't have a clue how much you've smoked so I took about 30 puffs last night. Lets see if it lasts till Monday!

Why can;t you refill it? When I look in the cartridge I see the broken foil and if that is removed (with some finesse) you just see the cottonball in the juice. What's preventing you from just putting drops directly on that? After first just trying to grab the foil, i withdrew the tweezers and put it to my tongue to see if it had nicotine on it. OH YEA, good burn. So, I don't get your point of being unrefillable.

On a similar subject, who has the best flavors for drops?

Yeah the changing of batteries does get somewhat tiresome after a week or two, but it really is not much of a hassle. As long as the pack charges the spent battery faster than I drain the other one its no big deal. And it does.

I may be vaping a bit more than I smoked, but it doesn't worry me at all. I'm not getting any of the tar or carcinogens in tobacco cigarettes and blood tests have shown that we aren't getting nearly as much nicotine as in regular cigarettes. All those chemicals they put in there help with nicotine absorption. The amazing thing is that I haven't experienced any withdrawal symptoms. You may or may not have the same experience- everyone is more or less addicted to a different combination of things whether it be nicotine, chemicals, or the act of smoking itself.
