Blu, Dorff Launch ECig Campaign

For a long time we speculated a day would come when
an e-cig company would sign a celeb to promote their product
and thus be promoting e-smoking.

I know some here will say ... we shouldn't talk about this
because its "blu" ... I say, the subject is e-cigarettes and
promoting e-smoking to the public and thus saving lives.
Who cares what PV a smoker chooses and its just fine
with me that a marketer makes a profit.

To me ... This is e-cigs in the Media and General News

Odd that the 'smoke anywhere' line is the one used in the add, well not odd, it's the most attractive thing about ecigs to a smoker thinking about ecigs and probably thats why the antz are working so hard to have ecig included in smoking bans. Thing is once you switch it's not the biggest advantage, thats being an ex smoker and that explains why they cant describe ecigs as smoking cessation devices.
Sometimes I think the antz don't want people to stop smoking (sarcasm off)
Whats wrong with Blu btw?

Who is Stephen Dorff (as I've never heard of him, or the movie he mentioned in his promo clip "The Power of One")?

Then again, I never heard of most actors/actresses in Hollywood because I rarely watch movies or silly TV shows.

Stephen Dorff may not be the most famous Hollywood actor to use to endorse an e-cig but he has just become one of my favorite actors. I have seen him in a few movies but his support of vaping just put him in a whole new class as far as I am concerned.

The Power of One is set in South Africa '50's, about a white English speaking boy and the politics of the day.
Sad Compelling Uplifting. The book as often is the case better than the movie but as Mr Dorff is going to be the 'electronic cigarette' poster boy, I'll refrain from adding any further criticism. He is dishy tho

I wonder if Blu would chance any marketing promo's here?
I'd love to see the reception?

edit: I'd just like to add for those who have never heard of The Power of One, this Movie when it came out played a huge role and was instrumental in changing the perceptions of individuals in South Africa and about the Regime they were living under. Kudos to Mr Dorff for wanting to change Perceptions Again!

I definitely never watch TV. It's funny how people look at you weirdly when telling them that. I do appreciate how the Blu ad clearly markets toward smokers only, though. I guess that's the thing about this emerging e-cig market - everyone has to set the ethical tone for the whole industry to move forward.
