Hi guys, my name is Alex and Im new here. Im venturing on quitting real smoking for the first time and I purchased a blu starter pack. I ordered a couple of extra cartridges, and I also ordered a bottle of juice as well. Now I know that Blu doesn't want you to manually refill your own cartridges, but Im on a budget and this is the cheaper way. I looked online and all I could find were how to refill the older Blu models, but not the new 2-piece design.
So does anyone have any advice?

My youtube is not loading right now but look up refilling a cartomizer is is real easy. Pop off the top cap with a paperclip you should see filling drop 10 or so drops onto it and replace the cap you can put more or less fluid in it depending on how dry it is. Do not over fill you do not want it to look slushy. BEFORE putting on the battery blow thru the cartomizer lightly until no fluid comes out the hole. WIPE of carto make sure that it is very dry and not leaking at all. If you get the slightest bit of liquid into the battery it will never work again! The best way to avaoid liquid getting into the battery is to make sure when adding the liquid avoid getting it into the hole inside the carto. always blow thru and always wipe.

You should be able to pop out the mouth-end cap carefully and add juice but check with the Blu forum. You have to be very careful because you have automatic batteries. NEVER add juice with the carto on the battery. Clean the carto up well before putting it back on the battery and if necessary touch soft tissue tot he stuffing if the stuffing is overfilled. If you carto leaks juice onto the end of the battery then you can end up with a sticky drag switch that won't turn off or short and kill the battery immediately.

IMO a better choice for refilling is Joye 510 manual (totally sealed) and Boge 3 ohm cartomizers. You can also use the Boge cartomizer blanks on Blu but NEVER charge a 510 in Blu's charger nor vice versa. Blu is reverse electrical polarity from 510. They only have the same threading, not the same model.

You cannot post in the Blu forum yet. You will need 5 non-spammed posts or replies in New Members then an hour's wait.

Thanks dormouse! So are you saying I can use different cartomizers on Blu batteries? If so where can I buy them?

If Dormouse is saying the Blu can use boge cartos, it must be a 510.

You can get Boge 3.0 cartomizers on sale at Good Prophets. Use the code TVCfriend for 5% off. I think they're $5.99 for a 5-pack which is pretty cheap.

Amp, you can use 510 cartomizers or any 510 based model (or a few of the compatible models such as the 306) atomizers/cartomizers. Their connectors work with Blu.

The Boge 510 cartos are awesome. Just don't get low resistance (LR). CrystalClearVaping has a terrific deal for 15 Boge cartos. Crystal Clear Vaping

That is a great deal. He also has a code around somewhere. I'll try to find it.

Lower resistance cartomizers are for larger battery pvs. They're hotter and will probably ruin your battery. The 3.0 are good though. Drip tips just make it easier to top off your cartomizer. Instead of prying the little cap of the end of the cartomizer, you can just pull the drip tip off. Makes it easier to fill. The 510 or 808 drip tips will fit on the boge cartomizer.

Good advice that you got here. When you are ready to step up to an Ego style ecig, the Riva 510 Lite Bundle is a good one for $29.95 at Liberty Flights. You'll get two 750mah batteries, two atomizers, a cone, and a battery charger in a nice case. Then, you can use low resistance atomizers, cartomizers, and many other accessories, plus you can still use you 510 thread Blu accessories. The best part is that you get manual batteries and won't have to worry about leaking juice ruining the battery.

hi,
I want the buy the newest Blu e-cigarette and was wondering if the new cartomizers can also be refilled or not?
Also I live in Serbia and ordering stuff from US is expensive and I can't order packs of cartomizers.. I will be stuck with the ones they give me in the starter pack, that's why I want also to ask how many times can you refill one before u have to throw it away and do you have to?
