Blu PG or VG

When I started using blu e-cig I has a white rash that broke out inside my mouth now that I'm using ego-c with VG juice the rash has lightened and starting to go away could I be allergic to PG are cud this all just be a coincidence

Blu is all VG.

PG acts as an antiseptic.
