Hey guys - I appreciate all the replies! I am just now getting around to updating this thread as I didn't want to post more info until I felt confident I found a remedy.

So I quit vaping and got on analogs for 2 days ( I know) and symptoms went away fully. So I switched over to 20%VG/80%PG and symptoms were nearly gone, but came back but NOTHING like when I was fully on VG. I switched to a 10%VG/90%PG blend and all is normal. It seems my body was reacting to VG. Good bye clouds, but oh well. There is still some there, but it beats analogs and I still get the nicotine. The flavor is much better now though LOL

I run an Aspire Cleito at 50w.

My question now is, which ejuice vendors offer 10%VG/90%PG blends? The only one I found was zues ejuice. While they are good, they can sometimes get too sweet and a bit on the expensive side.

I hope this helps someone out there, and I hope someone can help me! I cannot believe VG was causing me to get so sick, but it was. After a week, I feel normal again so I am confident my new blend choice is working.

I don't know any that supply in those ratios I think your best bet might be to make your own liquid it's really not that difficult and once you've bought the main equipment syringes, bottles and your liquids you will open up a vast range of flavours that you can customise to your individual needs. Apart from anything else diy liquid tends to be better quality then much of what can be purchased there is a section of the forum that has a lot of information to help you get started.

So recently I have been having some really horrible reactions to vaping. I have red and puffy eye lids (sometimes it's so bad it looks like I got punched in the eye). On top of that, I am having bad skin rashes and foggy head. Anxiety is kicking in and it's bad.

I drink a ton of water and take allegra. I also take immunity boosters such as Vitamin C.

I've tried:
100% VG Juices such of Velvet Cloud or Heather's Heavenly vapes
Mix rations of VG to PG such as 65% to 35%
Higher rated liquids like Nictoticket and high end brands know to use quality ingredients.

The only thing I can do to prevent these rashes is to quit vaping all together. If I quit for 24-48 hours, all side effects subside and I'm left with the feeling that I need analogs.

The only thing I haven't tried is a super high based PG liquid, DIY making, or perhaps there is some sort of other base such as PG or VG that can be used?

I'm curious to hear what others have to say about this. I am going insane. My favorite hobby is literally making me miserable - more so then when I was on analogs. and testing all these theories is getting expensive.

Perhaps I am allergic to the nicotine itself? But I smoked for 5 years prior with no red skin issues.
So try diy

Didn't read every reply on the thread but I feel you. I have had allergic reactions to maybe a third of the liquids I have tried, I have actually had to use an inhaler from reactions. For me I think it is certain flavorings. Glad you have found something that works better for you, and good luck finding your high-PG juice.

What flavors did you end up using that didn't make you react negative to it?

I get the red eyes really bad. It started happening when I vaped cheaper e juice. WHen I first started vaping I had zero effects. What I vaped in the beginning was Hangsen, Vaporfi. Once I went to the Vapewild my eyes went red and my bodied felt drier than usual. For anxiety I take Melatonin 10 mg's and I can sleep really well.

You know, I am not even sure. I never had this problem when I vaped previously, and have only tried a handful of liquids since going back. I can't find a real consistency in the allergies, except that all of them have contained mixed tropical fruit type flavors. It is hard to know because some of them I will be fine for a day, or a few hours, before I get a reaction. But any time I am allergic to something that is how it starts, and then subsequent exposure causes a gradually worsening allergy. I initially chalked it up to coincidence but then it started happening every time I picked up that liquid. It happened with both moon milk and voo-dew from haus craft collection (stuff from walgreens), then it happened with comet by moon mountain. I am highly allergic to fragrances so I think it may be related. I have vaped one company's coconut flavor just fine, but another company's coconut flavor does it. The only other difference is that the ones I have been allergic to have been higher in pg, but not sure it is a pg allergy since my other ones are still like 70/30 vg/pg. In the shower I can only use really limited-ingredient soap and not even natural extracts or essential oils, and I actually use pure glycerin from a pharmacy when I shave. I started spraying my perfume into my hair to avoid inhaling it as much as when I spray it on my neck and wound up with a nasty rash. I need to go to an allergy doctor, but when I brought it up with my general practitioner she told me to just take claritin, which takes the edge of but isn't really adequate. Never had any allergies until I hit adulthood.

You really do need to visit an allergy doctor!

General Practioners don't always get things right. You know how your body feels more than anyone else. :)
Allergies are buggers. They can crop up at anytime! :grr:
Yes, my general practitioner I had for years didn't like giving out referrals. My current one throws them at me for everything. So now would be a good time to get in to an allergy specialist.

Very highly regarded vendor, and on the lower end of sweetness spectrum. You can get these at a significantly lower price than the listed price. They have 30 % or higher sales, more often than not.

Like others said, DIY is also an option if you are so inclined.

Good Luck !

This is my exact thing! I sneeze like crazy around perfumes. This is interesting.

I've read that vaporfi uses extremely high quality liquid in their mixes. I think I'll take a shot at this.

I wanted to update this thread.

Back to the drawing board. The redness and red eyes are back with a vengeance. So much for thinking I had a VG allergy. I'm going to try DIY and vape it "nude" or with no flavorings added. I will then proceed from there. Ugh. I'll keep this thread updated in hopes to help others with this issue.

In my experience VaporFi liquid tastes like dish soap, I would recommend finding another vendor.
Yeah Vaporfi has a unique flavor! Some of their flavors are really awesome though. I would suggest anyone joining the juice of the month and they will send you their monthly best. Flavors are really strong and you can actually taste the juice flavors. Lately I haven't been able to taste high VG juices, they smell good but just don't give me that flavor people say is delicious. Im still a new vapor and need to try different things as well. Vaporfi creamy flavors are really good.
