Since I have posted several comments about the poor quality of Blu's product, I thought it only fair to note that at least they honor their money back guarantee.

I kept my Blu kit for almost the full 30 days (from shipping date), and sent it back with their online RMA form last week. They credited my account in full, despite the fact that I used all of the included cartridges.

I now have a Joye eGo kit, and I am thoroughly satisfied. :)

just a quick update - check this recent post...
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...u-has-changed-their-30-day-return-policy.html

blucig now charges you based on how many of the "free" cartridges you use....

in my case, i paid $60 for their kit, but they docked me $9 for the cartridges I used, and it also cost me about $14 to ship the unit back, so i lost $25 on the deal overall

so be careful....or better yet, use one of the reputable dealers on this forum and get yourself a REAL PV ;) (like a joyetech 510 or something similar)

They must have gotten a lot of returns after Blu customers found this forum. lol

I'm glad I got my return in under the wire, before they changed the policy, because I used all of my cartridges.

yup - i hear ya' radical - glad you did too...i think i must have just missed it by a few days or so

it's kinda' crazy really...with that kit you get a PCC, usb charger, wall charger, 2 atomizers, 2 batteries...ALL that stuff, plus the cartridges thrown in "free"....but then, if you use all the cartridges and do a return, they hit you for $25 bucks? that's almost HALF the cost of the entire friggin' kit...i realize business is all about markup and profit, and that's fine, but do they really think people are that dense? does that mean they really only think that their actual e-cigs/parts in that kit are worth no more than $35 bucks? on second thought, based on the way they performed, maybe the rest of the kit (minus cartridges) is only worth $35, if not less :)

also, those cartridges of theirs hold tiny, tiny amounts of e-liquid per cartridge

i give them credit for making a product that was just good enough to let me see the benefits of e-cigs/vaping, so that i would go out and find a really good starter PV (JoyeTech 510 in my case) and start buying my own liquid...but I don't give 'em credit for much else ;)

One of the things I hated about the Blu carts was that they made them so damn difficult to refill. You had to remove the foil thing, which was a major pain.
