OK, I'm in an AL only fantasy basaeball league and messed up my draft. I left drafting a closer to too late in the draft and essentially I don't have one. I need to use one of my add/drops to pick up someone who will probably emerge as a closer this season.
BJ Ryan seems like he's on the verge of possibly losing his role within a month or so.
Does anyone know who is 2nd in line for the job?
Cito Gaston implied in spring trainning that it would be Scott Downs but Jason Frasor picked up the save the other day and he did pick up 17 saves in 2004. Brandon League's name has also been mentioned as a fill in closer.
Any thoughts out there?
