Afternoon, first thanks then Blue for making the program that will help me later, a lot of detail is missing throughout, from head to words.
Well it felt longer and..... lets say after a month Wal-Mart changed this Capricorn. When I got my first batch order I called support. I explained how management has lowered our wages so much drivers have already quit, by the time I was done. I asked the lady on the phone if i was being compensated? She said no. So I asked again and she still said no and would pass it on...... I told her I would like to know personally the person who thinks they can play with wages like its funny. Basically.
On to the stores and I finally saw my favorite female worker...... dang. Smiling waving, so did I. Holly is right 15 customers there and gone who can rate them, we can't so no hurry right? So finally my orders and she comes out with a male. I get out calm.
"I am sorry but it is because I like you that I must say this. If your wages were cut by uhm yeah 2/3'rds would you be happy? No. If yesterday to today the same order, today I get five dollars less am I happy? No. Single orders now, no matter how far or big are seven dollars, after taxes that is four. Four dollars an hour am I happy? No and they look down. You can't even pay gas. "I'm sorry I like you but I do not feel compelled to help you." and sat in my car.
Never again like all the other drivers I have been taught; I shall sit you will fill the trunk and no more tips, drinks, food, snacks, help....... It's in the fine print to all Capricorns, the breaking point.
Edit: It's the tips that make this legal, my other complaint as I told her I read it with my eyes. to the customers. "You are not required to tip." and told her without the tips its under minumum wage....... should ring an ear.

The same Blue been doing OT for under minimum wage, unbelievable....... Have not been saying stuff either, but at least finally I just popped a blister on my eye ball that has been there about a month and finally got massive and slightly painful; enough pain or no needle time...

Fedex lasted 2 days, my back and knees couldn't take it. My second and last day I loaded a full truck, 1286 packages. I had a offer to work at Walmart part time in sporting goods but flunked the drug test. Delta 8 is legal but shows positive results for thc. I have a in person interview tomorrow with a vape shop that has about 10 or 12 stores, one is maybe 2 miles from my house. I already had a video interview on my phone. Hopefully delta 8 isn't a big deal to them since that is where I buy it at.
This song is from way before they joined Fleetwood Mac. Not nearly as polished as the one they recorded with Fleetwood Mac.

So my wages seem low, they can hold our tips or order wages up to two weeks, if there is a problem to sort they say... a lie, you would not tip if you did not receive your order, so three days of the missing; again.... the key word again......
But when those days are released you go Oh..... ok.
Another that got me, she does know Brad so.... Holly let me know with a huge smile she received a second bonus after taking time off, the first 800 the second 500 so mad I was that time off is rewarded. Cool off a few days and remember..... oh lets wait to today.

Afternoon stopped after eight hours and before getting hot, twelve the last two days so tired. Took a nap for two hours ah that nice be done by two feeling.... I never led them astray though Blue and in the end it has worked out better. I was mad and stopped for no reason helping load my own trunk just to notice everyone else was finally; so three months of being the example....
Also from burning flesh showing clothes to long sleeves, no hats to hats and even a few sun hats and sun block; told them that was new stuff as a joke when ..... right....

So I go in on my first saturday for the stay in the system routine and glad I did so. Got lucky to deliver back to the lady with the cat, she did not remember me or the day. So find out he is unhappy at PetSmart not being taken as no one wants him.
So mad that the wrong person is there. So I find out and have to wait until 1 making it a full day. Buy stuff, pay and off to home. Fuss fuss fuss and loud gave me a headache/panic attack. Finally back, and let him out, just fine and curious.
Go out to get his stuff, and death inside I tell you the panic attack he had as I left. Each time, finally got him situated and went shopping. He hid when I came in but when I said where are you hiding? Came flying from who knows where bumping into my leg.....
He is the one in two minutes wanted to sleep on my foot who is falling asleep on my lap. So tell me how to post a pic and I will show..... not sure his name yet, Clyde was given by others.....

All over me lots of smiles and laughs though. a 20 minute kneeding ritual and don't move or it starts over.
He really likes the wooden floor to get up speed and get the toy mouse or ball, and slam into the grill, me or the bed and do it again. For some reason the litter box is also a good launch pad; and he looks funny....

Hey Blue good to see you again figured your busy and my tuxedo cat is having a fit after trying tuna juice on his food hold on......
I did work him out the last four hours of last night so I could sleep, pestered him like he pestered me; eyes closing I think not look at this.....
On the kid kradick show they do a humming contest to songs with guests and their guest forgot words to a song making it funny. But on his second as he hummed the guess was "Twinkle twinkle little star." No your wrong. Oh really humm it again. As he did the gay host sings along "Twinkle twinkle little star..... see it is it." No it's Imagine Dragons, so now if you don't believe this hummm the words.

But he likes his toys and is a hunter of flies, so each of the two he caught; annoys him and me; good kitty lots of petting and a good treat. But my clean socks are to be dealt with often and many. He follows me everywhere even to bath time. Yesterday I opened the door for cooler air and then started my hair by the time I was done seven socks were on the floor.
When we leave the bathroom, he will take the toys they do not belong, but leave the socks, always more to slay..... he has attitude but i like it.
Edit: 2: Donnie and I talking got me to watch "The Hunt" the one I was upset about. I watched it all the way through and have to say fairly impressed, ending I did not even expect; One major critique but that's me and then you lose me..... on the final

First day at the vape shop today. Went very well.aid back atmosphere. Making juice is simple, nicotine in one dropper bottle and all the flavors are per mix with each flavor on the menu in a separate bottle. Look on a chart and see what size bottle with the end nicotine % add that number of drops of nic and fill the bottle with the premixed flavor. Learning where all the coils and smaller stuff is will be the hardest part. I just might like this.

Afternoon, consider this a long worded PSA...... I am rather calm in fact that is why I stopped after eight to do so. So I am back to not wanting to load my car. I through my phone sent two complaints, good thing I saw Brian today for some reasoning.
Others were OMG I can't believe you said that, the truth. Uhm no that is not allowed. Brian made it clear, no fussing to walmart, ddi, their employees or even the customers or you will be let go. You are a subcontractor and they do not have to tell you anything.
And they don't and he is right, fuss your way out of a job. So shut your mouth and don't speak up about making less than minimum wage, lie to the customers that your paid well so they think so and give a dollar tip....... often ensuring less than minimum wage.
Add the mileage and gas, we make DDI and their who knows one or two owners a fortune, Walmart and their managers a fortune, the gas company a fortune and the federal gov over our "ownership" taxes, so we are just barely making ends meet and have to lie. A fake smile a fake thank you a fake your welcome all fake. So be careful out there is what they say, so think of this millions of spark drivers are having to fake being happy... driving and in the stores.
Come tax season maybe we will finally get our rewards with the mileage and them going wow you made it this long under poverty? Here is a bonus, taxes from the consumer on the other end. A dot.com customer was shocked that I was not UPC or FedEx as they ordered from computer vs phone. No no says the walmart family, use the drivers for five dollars and save the ten, don't give it back.
So maybe the unmentionable guy in DC will give the next relief to the citizens instead of illegals this time, ooops ECF god's territory. As my dentures broke about three months ago and I said nothing, but saving is not possible...... not with the walton family..... So sorry at this time no NFL games on me, or vacation; maybe the walton family will be blessed enough to eat well that their secondary cousins who deliver people entire months worth of groceries even as far as an hour will be tipped a dollar....... You do the math and thinking.
