This was one of the flavors I actually picked out myself (as opposed to being sent as a sample) and I was happy to find that I enjoyed it. It was just as I expected but I was surprised at how potent the banana nut bread flavor actually was. I have been searching for the lighter or fluffier (is there a better way to describe this?) flavors and they are hard to find. This one hits right on the spot. The throat hit is just right at 16mg (which means it might be a little light for others) and the vapor is good to average (for bluemist juices, this is higher than normal).
