Since you have no nic in the juice, it's VG, pg, and flavoring. VG and pg are used in thousands of products and skin care lotions even foods. Do you break out from products containing them?
Flavoring I think would be more of an allergic reaction that would detox after a day. Do you have any other symptoms? Fever? Lethargic? Cramps? pains? Blood pressure?
Your pretty young, about my age, any illnesses going around your area. Sounds like something else is dehydrating you if your not vaping today.

Stop reading forums for a cure and have the problem diagnosed by a trained Medical Professional! Your own post says "Prescribed" so it was done by a doctor.
Dehydration, dry mouth, frequent urination, rash, blurred vision, chesty cough, muscle cramps,,, oh boy, the list keeps on growing...
More than likely has nothing to do with vaping, symptoms would subside within a few hours to a day at most.

Probably not. You'd be the first in history to have used e-cigarettes as a diagnostic tool for some previously-existing illness.
