Boba's Bounty Clone from Catskill Mountain Vapors

Did anyone else actually look up Richard Goddeau, the owner of catskill mountain vapor store? He has a crap ton of rip off reports on him. Not just ecig related, but more serious things, like ripping off small businesses for thousands of dollars. There are reports that date back years.

Now that I've researched it more I take back what I said. I'll never order from this place again. I'm mortified that I even gave them my address and information..

Check it out for yourself guys. Not telling you what to believe, you be the judge. I'm wondering if I should even finish this juice now. Seems... Tainted? Idk. I'm kinda freaking out.

Edit: and it's definitely him in the other non ecig scam ripoff reports, how many blind Richard Goddeau's can there be in Athens, NY?

Got mine .....happy with it, not exactly like Boba's more like Gorilla Juice but good. I am also a BOA customer and they did not shut my card down. I don't have any nic level issues and my bottles are marked accordingly 50/50 vg pg and 12 mg nic. Talked to him on the phone wich you generally can't do these days. I called him.....he answered and gave me my tracking info....talked about my second order and advised me that he was running low on gorilla clone and would split my order 60 ml and send me the other 60 later if I was in a hurry. I opted to let him send 60 of Bobas and 60 of Gorilla so he wouldn't have to spend money on 2 shipping charges. He sent my first order priority mail and cost 5.95 to send!! I personally at this point don't have an issue with him. If my situation changes I will let everyone know. I just wanted to report my experience. Vape Hard!!! ............I got 120 ml each order for 15.50

The only thing that I found "wonky" was the ordering form. Every line had to have something filled in. Other than that nothing askew. Shipping time was on par with most other vendors, juice is ok even though it tastes more like gorilla juice when I ordered bobas clone. No overpowering throat hit/nic sensations.

For what its worth maybe he is trying to be a reputable vendor now. Facts show that he has not been in the past, but maybe now he is trying.

figured out that my coffee shop had added three shots of espresso to my coffee that morning.. ...? Anyways, vaping on his clone now and it's all good. Not exactly Boba's Bounty but as close as I ever got trying to find a substitute. Richard also called me and well, not sure what to think... Apologize for the scare.. Definately jumped the gun on that one... Seems liek all the negative reviews planted a seed.

FWIW, I actually like the juice, had (have no issues) with my card ... I agree with Aubie above.

Interesting the massive amount of complaints on this guy and yet people knowingly still continue to support him.

I Used to be in another online hobby that had plenty of scammers etc... and saw the same mentality.
Plentiful warnings about doing business with known scammers and then someone gets burned trying to "save" a few bucks or get what they need...It's the " won't happen to me" syndrome that does it.

It actually never did "happen to me" because I researched and when I saw the red flags I moved on.

Almost like the flavor is too strong. He called me too. Weird. I know he said he uses a kanger tank so maybe he makes it extra strong for those. In a genesis though, too much flavor.

Same here, my mix has become overpowering to the point I can't vape it anymore lol. No big loss I suppose, was cheap.

Oddly enough I'm vaping out of a protank myself.

I'd buy a clone any day if it was significantly cheaper...but the Catskill stuff isn't that much cheaper. The guy on the website looks creepy too so I'll wait for Ave to get back in business.

Not ordering because of the way a man looks with a disability? Shame! While I do not think this clone is very close to BB, it is still pretty good. I will give me business to someone who cares about supplying my demand!

My experience with them has been stellar. People hating on him for copying a person who mixed 2 ingredients that he/she did not invent and used a copyrighted name to brand it with... That is silly!

Well got my hands on some of the bobbas clone on the classifies and i must say that i like it...and yes the taste is close to the real thing....not exact but really close and its tasty, haven't put it down since i tried it yesterday... what a shocker!

I read this entire thread and find it very intriguing. Had to subscribe to it like it was a cliff hanger of sorts.

But just for fun, I did a search for possible recipes and here is what I found.

"Here's a recipe for Boba's bounty using tobacco flavoring instead of naturally extracted tobacco. It is as close as you can get to the real thing so far. If you are a ...... user, this is an oc 80.
Mix up your flavoring separate then add it to your nic base at about 15-20%
Black mile plus 40% (ecig express) Cinnamon Danish 20% (TFA) Almond natural 20% (lorann) Graham cracker 7% (TFA) Coconut 7% Vinegar 6% (secret ingredient)"

I might just have to make my own, try the clone and if ever AVE Juice will be available get one and do an overall comparison.

Not trying to be a dbag, but was he blind before or after he was making juice? Just curious if the juice was the possibly the cause?

Apologies for offending...just cant help but ask that question as I read these couple of threads even though I know I shouldn't. Talk about regulation, organisms, wet dog and crotches, etc..... I think ill let you guys try this one out!
