i'm not sure if it's just an odd steep time or if my carto is bad, i've had this bottle for about 2-3 months and i've had it in a tank for about a month but i've only vaped about 15ml of it. it suddenly got a weird basement flavor to it (tastes like a basement smells) what's your guys' opinion bad carto or odd steep time?
