I'm about to order a Chuck for my wife and one for myself. I'm using high res custom graphics that I've sized to wrap the whole tube. Is it correct to assume that the body color I pick will be put underneath the image?

In other words, if Jeff resizes the image a bit for the top and bottom variance (which I read about in post 7 here) the empty space at the top and bottom of the units will be the body color I've chosen?

There is a tiny bit of the body color, which is under the wrap, that shows at the top and the bottom. The clear coat unites the wrap and the body plus, if the wrap went to the edge, every time you changed your battery, you'd damage the wrap a bit.

I told Jeff to use his judgment as to what color to use and said my guess was a medium blue. He used black and he was absolutely right. The blue would have detracted from the design. The black helps make it pop.
