Is anyone still having issues with Boge Cartomizers recently? I am usually a dripper, but I am expecting a delivery of some Boge XLs to try, as I'm growing increasingly tired of having to drip every 4-5 puffs. Are there any purely American made atty's or cartomizers being made that ECF can recommend? I've seen posts about Cisco atty's, are those a good place to start, and do they make cartos?

Today I tried dripping and when you mention the 4-5 puffs...I thought I was just doing it wrong even after watching PBusardo's filling video. I would love to hear suggestions for other cartomizers.
I have just started vaping since Tuesday and have refilled my cartomizers twice and now they are starting to not give me any taste. Looking for something better and lasts longer atm.
I got a couple boxes of LR Boges and some smoktec 1.7's from hoosier ecig supply last week and they seem to be fine.
The problem is there is no way to tell when they were manufactured so who really knows if they are a new batch?
I don't know of any USA cartomizer manufacturers but it sure would be nice if there was.

I gotta say something about Bogegate. Hope you don't mind. I read pbusardo's letters back & forth to the Boge corporation about these defective cartos everyone is talking about. I have not yet had a defective Boge. Now maybe I'm just lucky. But it seems that more & more vapers are using them in tanks now. I don't. I just use my cartos like they are. I also dont use the XXL or XL cartos.
One letter to pbusardo from Boge said that their cartos were not meant to be used in a tank or modified. Hmmmmm. Now Mr Corporate Boge-man may just be blowing smoke LOL but I'm wondering if this is an important point.

They should last more than 2 refills. Just in case you're not filling properly here's a great video that shows you how.

Look at Vivi Nova tanks best of both worlds. It is a tank and has changeable head in them. Check this link Vision Vivi Nova 5ML v2.5
No problem with my Boges, I buy from VaporBeast and have NEVER had a large scale issue. I order 50 at a time and all is good. I have been buying some of the VaporBeast Thunderheads and they are EXCELLENT!! You asked for a recommendation so hope this helps!

I did not like boge when i did not use a tank the batch i have now work great in a tank i punch 2 holes in it soak it good with juice via condom fill load tank let sit a bit then they have been good i have a couple that have been threw more then 30ml juice each.My xl boge have not lasted or been as good.For xl i will stick with dc cartos 2.0-2.5 ohm in a tank as well.
Got my Boges from Surevapes about a month ago and they are all doing fine. I use Boge 3.0 SR & some XL. I vape about 3 ML per day and am still on my 1st carto.
Boges last forever. I have some going strong 5+ months later. A proper cleaning technique is all that is needed. I think what's happening with you is that you have finally crossed the carto barrier and now you need the next level. The next step is Stardusts (long wick versions) or Vivi Novas. Get crackin'!
So, how any ml of liquid did you run through those miracle Boges before you used them after five months?

I got a bad batch earlier in the year from HC, they had a peppery taste (I suspect flux from the soldiering) and didn't last worth a darn. This last bunch from HC seem to be fine, no funny taste, but they do have the shorter condoms, but not a problem for me.
I don't use tanks anymore, strictly the cartos on the Riva, Vmod or Darwin.

Any carto out there isn't going to last much more than two weeks, and that's max.
Fanboy opinions aside, the heat-concentrated flavoring and bases will render any carto unusable under constant usage of 3 ml per day for two weeks.
