Thank you for posting your issue here. Very much appreciated. I read on your other post that it has been 55 days since you ordered....was this a custom or in stock mod purchase? You should have no issue receiving the funds back from your bank...some banks take longer to do so, as mine did. I was issued a "pending" credit, but it took 3 or so months for it to be permanent. I guess it depends on how long they "investigate" the claim dispute. I assume that each bank gives the vendor/merchant a certain time to respond before issuing the refund.
I would HIGHLY recommend reporting the company to the better business bureau of New Mexico, and contacting the New Mexico States Attorney office to report your experience. Also, if you felt comfortable doing so, send out warnings via any social media you might participate in as well. Anything you could do to give a heads up to anyone in the community who might be considering a future order from this company would be helpful. Marcus' business practices are completely out of control and he has done nothing to put a stop to it....its absolutely inexcusable at this point.
