I have received a full refund from my credit card company, for goods that were stock items on 17 January but still show as processing.

I hope all those that have ordered from this unethical trader/fraud, get their money back. How can the credit card companies allow him to carry on stealing peoples money.
He should be shut down immediately.

Glad to hear your funds have been returned. If you don't mind me asking, how long did the dispute process take, from start to finish? Were you issued a "pending credit" first, while the CC company investigated the dispute?

I raised it with my credit card company 26th February, they sent out a form for me to fill in the circumstances which I did along with a screen shot showing still processing and they credited my account on 7th March.

Never got a pending credit, just a normal credit under the heading of "adjustment to your account" for the full amount quoting the original purchase date of 17th January.

Understood. This information could be useful for anyone watching this thread who might be in the middle of the dispute process. My CC company gave me a temporary credit pending an investigation...they did not finalize it for 3 months. I'm not quite sure why it took so long, but it did. I'm assuming my CC company tried to contact the vendor and gave them 90 days to respond. Just a guess, but it's the only thing I can come up with. Thanks again for sharing your experience. If you hear of anyone in the community having similar issues with Bogger, please tell them to contribute to the thread.

Thank you for this thread. I came across the Bogger Box website and was interested in placing a custom order. I searched the forums looking for reviews / comments on this product and found this thread. Having seen this type of business practice before I will stay far away from this.
I sympathize for all that have been taken advantage of by this business however, your voice helps to save future victims from getting involved.
Thanks again for sharing your experience.

What is this? Spam? I don't see any DNA 20/30 bottom feeders here.

The captain is the only one I've found making those now.

Thus thread is about problems with bogger box mods.

No, not spam and alternative, sadly... complaints are not going to get you your ordered mod unfortunately. At some point you have try and recover your funds and move on. I hope a lot of folks read this thread, take heed and move on. So the soapbox really is not necessary lol. Yes they (grip guys) make the DNA30. Because it's not listed in the gallery; does not mean that it does not exist. I have not heard of The Captain, myself but yes, there are others out there that make them as well.

My only concern with the links provided in the previous post to alternative products is the possibility that an unreasonable moderator may decide to shut down this thread. That would be a tragedy for those who might fall victim to Bogger in the future. I know it sounds ridiculous that a thread would be shut down for such a reason, but I've seen it happen before. Personally, I will not "move on" until Bogger does the right thing, and stops taking new orders until ALL previous order issues have been resolved. I hope that people with current, past, or future Bogger order issues continue to contribute to this thread.

Oh yes, I understand the concern. What that company has done to it's customers is tragic and very fraudulent, some will fight till the end, and some will get reimbursed and seek elsewhere. I'm surprised no one has taken "Bogger" to small claims court.

Unfortunately, as far as I am aware, a small claims suit would have to be filed and heard in NM, where the defendant (Marcus) resides and where the business product originates. If I had not received a reimbursement via the dispute process with my financial institution, I would have probably chosen not to pursue it in small claims court due to the cross country travel expenses that would be incurred. I assume this reality would be a hindrance for others living across the country as well....

I am a victim too. Purchased a purple stablaized BF DNA30 and of course never recieved it. Sent several e-mails and called his phone number which leads to a fax machine. Even the phone number listed onthe charge to my bank account does not work any more.. Waht a SOB.

I am going to my bank today. I had this happen once before and had the money refunded without any problems.

Thank you for posting your issue here. Very much appreciated. I read on your other post that it has been 55 days since you ordered....was this a custom or in stock mod purchase? You should have no issue receiving the funds back from your bank...some banks take longer to do so, as mine did. I was issued a "pending" credit, but it took 3 or so months for it to be permanent. I guess it depends on how long they "investigate" the claim dispute. I assume that each bank gives the vendor/merchant a certain time to respond before issuing the refund.

I would HIGHLY recommend reporting the company to the better business bureau of New Mexico, and contacting the New Mexico States Attorney office to report your experience. Also, if you felt comfortable doing so, send out warnings via any social media you might participate in as well. Anything you could do to give a heads up to anyone in the community who might be considering a future order from this company would be helpful. Marcus' business practices are completely out of control and he has done nothing to put a stop to it....its absolutely inexcusable at this point. Please keep us posted, and be sure to let everyone know how the dispute process progresses.

I ordered some bottles n cheap stuff from him and it came no problems.

I really wish that Marcus was providing this type of customer service to those buying $200-$400 mods, but it seems clear that he is not (obviously). I have heard that some people, such as yourself, ordering mod parts and accessories have received the items with no issues.
