juice vendors that don't clearly state the size of the bottle. I don't want to have to click through something 3 times to find the price/ml and I don't want to deal with drop downs, either. Just put the bottle size and price in the description. It's like having to read the shelf tags at walmart to figure out if 1 sheet of 2 ply at .043 is cheaper than 1 roll at .52.

I have a suggestion for those that don't like to use the term e-cigarette, or PV. I suggest we designate our devises as Electronic Nicotine Delivery System or "ENDS." It would accurately describe what the devise is and allow for open dialog about it's benefits. For instance: We could explain that we are trying to quit smoking and this has been very helpful in that endeavor. "The ENDS justifies the means." Show people that there is no smoke, and no nasty odor. Then tell them, Our ENDS don't smell. WE have no Ifs, ands or butts, just ENDS. I think that you get the idea. Just a thought.

I quit watching video juice reviews in very short order. It really irks me to watch someone fumbling around with a bottle of juice held up to the camera, (out of focus) and mumbling about it's color and smell etc. Then taking another 2 or 3 minutes to tell me all about his PV and how many volts and ohms and buttons it has and then have him blow vapor at the camera for an0ther period of time before, he tells us that he gives it a 5 out 10 for whatever. If they would sit down and write a well thought out and articulate review we would all learn a lot more about the product. I do enjoy how to type videos that teach something, but mugging for the camera bugs me.

Great post, Elwin.

I'm with you 100% on #1.

I'm guilty of #2. I simply can't resist calling someone out when they post "your an idiot".

#3 and #4 nearly made me spit out my coffee.

:toast:

Don't feel bad, I guess I'm guilty of that as well. I HATE it when I see 'your' in the place of 'you're'. They mean different things and change the context of your :p statement dangit! That and the people that can't seem to figure out the differences between There, Their, and They're... *eye-roll* ... jeez this is 4th grade English folks!

Ok, done being an ... for now. *sweet smile*

1) being a total newbie and stumbling on to ECF and not understanding anything people are talking about. Then after researching terminology and such finding out just enough to feel sorta ok about trying out a certain starter kit. Find another thread bashing that kit you were about to try. Get a headache. Finally deciding to buy the darn kit anyway.

2) After a month of successful vaping, and giving up the cigarettes returning to the general discussions of ECF feeling really confident that NOW you can surely keep up with all the chatter and terminology to learn and share interesting methods and products, etc. Only to realize your headache is back, eyes are glazed over and that glowing ball of confidence you had in your belly is now gone. Knowing that you misunderstood some things and totally have no idea what some other things even are.

3) Hoping that no one remembers those first few posts you made because now the questions you asked did not even make sense

Oh dear...I work with someone who not only uses the incorrect forms of those words, but sometimes can't even write a complete, intelligible sentence. What makes it worse is that he insists that you don't need comprehension skills to read and write.

Suffice to say he and I probably wouldn't get along. It's bad enough in a public casual forum. A business environment is an entirely different beast. I'd SO call him on it (harshly), every chance I got.

Ok, off topic done.

#1 Pet peeve to date is bragging about being off cigarettes for over a month, and ignorant people saying "That's great! When are you going to stop using THAT THING!" grrrrrrrrrr...

1. Spending 30 minutes trying to decide what flavor I want to vape today and then taking 6 flavors to work.

2. Having to drink so much water and the end result of drinking so much water...lol.

3. Filling a carto just to have it die after 3 vapes.

4. Forgetting to throw said carto away, then cleaning it with other carto's and doing #3 again.

5. Then and Than... Look them up people!

First let me say that in connection with things I luv, in contrast, the latests posts have been so funny and true as I was about to quote them to LOL, I ended up realizing it would be the entire pages, so thats that... Great!
Another thing I DO like is, unlike many of you according to the many negative comments on this: A good old video review where you simply watch them as they vape the 'let-me-have-a-puff...one-more...wait' type of thing. As embarassing as it may sound, there is something addictive to them! Heeee.

This post is PERFECT:

LOL. Good one.
On a serious note, now, this terms stems from rather therapeutical background and it is controversial for its implications; legally and such...

One thing I do not love so much, though, is when you get to HATE a vendor because they have been terribly bad to you and as you post this most people second that to simply end up in the terrible post of a ....ing HEROE who starst giving a speech to simply kiss their ... for free. And in return, most members get to now second this.
....!

Still [slightly] craving an "analog", "stinky", "cig" after 8 months smoke-free even though I know I would hate it if I tried it. Tastes bad I'm sure. They smell. Yet..... Bah. I'll get over it <vape vape vape>.

Great posts gang.

I'm wondering if the key to this is when the craving kicks in, it's time to swap juices? I 'think' one of my main problems is that I only have 2 juices I like at the moment so they get boring. Am buying more today and will make sure they are all really great flavors, so if one gets boring, the new one will be a pleasure, i hope.

Have a cold at the moment and smoked two cigs last night. I did enjoy them, but can't say my body is thanking me for it this morning, ouch... Just tried the pv, but am kinda bored of the juice in there.

Whats with all of the English teachers? How intelligent are we to ever have started smoking? My peeve : arrogance with ridicule for others, reinforcing a false sense of superiority in yourself, when in reality, humility and kindness is the path to victory.Don't forget what people are here for.To break loose from the curse of our bad decision to start smoking. From my point of view, all smokers have been somewhat guilty of an intelligence deficit to have ever smoked the the first one.Hopefully vaping will be a tool that is useful to many of us in the struggle for a healthier lifestyle.
