So I get a PM saying 'wait for a UPS tracking number'
and I'm like, send it to WV via USPS.
And then this happened. Raw silver aluminium, low key logos. From the U.K.
    pixel 2.png

The Pixel by VaperzCloud. Internal 3000mAh LiPo. Clicky fire button. The ohm reading is interesting. A flick of the fire button shows 0.34Ω like it did on my build mod and tuned dna boro, yet after a puff 0.3(8 or 9)Ω like the resistance shown using escribe device monitor.
Sweet tiny mod, and great friend.

    Usps vs. ups & FedEx

The right wing has been trying to kill the post office for years but they’ve had trouble as it’s actually more efficient than the for profit companies that compete with it. It’s so extreme that ups and fedex only survive through “corporate welfare” done by not allowing usps to do certain things. One of them is have air hubs. The result is online businesses usually use fedex or ups because they get big volume discounts. They move hundreds of packages at a time. Much higher profit. They can actually be cheaper. For private citizens that just occasionally want to mail stuff, usps is far cheaper. FedEx did more-or-less destroy the stereotypes of the post office being a sluggard that existed in the 60’s with air hubs. It’s hoped by both the left and right that they will eventually do it again. Hasn’t happened though.

USPS was NOT an option for the U.K vendor

Those Canadian dudes already get 7 weeks paid vacation and 14 paid sick days. The company wants to keep their regular weekly hours but shift the days to include weekends. Right now they get double time on Saturdays and Sundays.

Well of course not, usps is USps. One would assume you would use UKps or whatever the UK has. In Germany it’s called bundespost. I don’t know what it’s called in the UK. I’m sure usps talks to UKps so I’m sure something can be figured out. The UK is a developed country though, and doesn’t recieve the HUGE postal Bennie that China gets because it’s “developing”. This is actual partially true. There are regions in china where the citizens have actually never seen a motorcycle and riding in on one would cause a sensation. None of them are the “tier” cities though which are highly developed.

@crss, so did you see my post awhile back about putting a dab of dielectric silicone grease under the nylon washer and output screw. No juice will get past it. The OG used a silicone washer under the screw. I'm inclined so say this works even better. I have to say that I found out the hard way that the nylon washer doesn't seal shirt.
    2nd image, it's working.

I kept a old Colossal in my rebuilding kit. I have a KFL insert in a BB and the Colossal was the only mod that the KFL would connect to for checking resistance and dry burning and so forth. Seems like the 510 on the KFL is very short.

Anyway, last time I worked on the KFL the screen on the Colossal was really dim. Fired it up today and got nothing at all. Don't know if the screen died or something else died but either way the Colossal has expired.

Got lucky though. Turned out that the KFL works on a Z80, which is newish in my lineup.

Okay, Team Borostuffs. I have a question.

For non-TC vapers, how good or bad is the "SEVO 70W" chip that SXK uses for some of their mods? I'm guessing the vape is fine (we're both low wattage vapers) but I was wondering about the stability/durability aspect of it.

A mod we want is sold out of the DNA60 models, but they still have some 70s. Before I pull a trigger, I thought it best to ask you experts.

IF any of you have any insight, please feel free to share your thoughts & opinions.

Thanks in advance and a very Happy Holidays to everyone!!

I believe you would get mixed opinions DPLongo22, As some works fine for years and some crap out right away. I have two SEVO 70W mods. One crapped out after about 3 puffs and the other one still works 5 years later. The later I only had taken about 5 puffs since new. So that doesn't help you much. Although Pigs has one I believe that has been working fine for years. Where has he been lately anyway?

And Happy Holidays to all in advance.

I'm certainly hoping that @Pigs is simply enjoying the Summer that we won't see again for a while, and that he's perfectly fine. :)

The DNA60 has some coating that protects it from juice leaks. The 70W isn't coated and can be wiped out by even a small leak. That's with the BB. For that reason I only got BB's with DNA60's.

No idea how well they last if they don't get leaked on though.

If the opportunity for me came up to buy another one, I would. As the odds are good that it would be fine. Also the DNA60 also fits in the same space as a SEVO 70W if you're curious.

Thanks, guys. I'll probably sit on it for a couple/few days, discuss with my "management team" ;), then make a decision.

I should have jumped two months ago, when they were still available, but alas, I did not. Another day lived, another somethings learned. MUCH appreciated, all the input.

@Katdarling - TBD. You know the drill. :pop:
