They are really in there tight. I believed I tried with enough force that something would strip if I tried harder. So I got a straight slot screwdriver that fit tight and cracked them loose. Then I changed to the thumbwheel the two BB I used all of the time back then. But my other two and the acrylic ones that I don't use I haven't changed yet in all of these years.

Mine started doing that parasitic battery drain thing. Still fires but I don't use it.

Mine after the first 30 seconds after owning it, would ramp up the wattage when you press the fire button. Display shows everything working normally. But even at the lowest wattage setting and 1 second into the puff it is now hitting like 70 watts. So it instantly became spare parts for the DNA60 one. Got it cheap (30 bucks), so I wasn't out much.

I just ordered an SXK ultem dna 60. Got a good deal - USD $131 delivered. Should have it tomorrow or Monday. Will post pics when it arrives.

EDIT Billet

You didn't happen to find it in the US, did you? Because in the US you won't find anything BB related if not originally from BBV themselves. No SXK BB, BB accessories, etc. I just assumed since BBV holds the US patent, they would just take anybody to court who tried. You could buy a SXK BB in Canada and other countries though. Although if an US based online store blocked all BB non-BBV stuff from Americans and only non-Americans could see them. I guess that would be legal.

No I found it in an Australian online and B&M retailer called Vapr. They have lots of good boro-related stuff, plus they do free express shipping (overnight usually) for orders over 100 bucks.

I sent you his name, you can also go on 3fvape and open a ticket for the button pcbs. They will source and sale them to you. Just attach a picture of the part you need.
Thanks heaps @badinfluence357

I've made a discovery about my new ultem BB. The door panel tolerances are so fine that the silicone fill plug on a Qbix, a Uni-tank or a Limelight boro adds enough extra depth to the tank to cause the ultem door to wobble just a tiny bit. Hardly notieable but it's there.
When I use a standard old-school boro tank, it fits perfectly.
So it's sliding borosilicate glass doors for that setup from now on.
