Boring I know, but nothing new for me recently. I'm vaping a Skynet in a Tycoon, a Kayfun BB in an SXK ultem delro, and a Qbix in a Raga. That's the same Qbix I've vaped every day since July 2021. Only one gasket change in all that time - they really are built to last.
It's definitely not boring, your rotation is lovely...

I've seen a few mods being sold with the DNA 80C. I want to get some feedback before I dive in.. No Offense THC, even with a DNA 80C board inside I wouldn't buy your BLAZE mod....

Gotta say I agree. The Blaze looks cheap and tacky to me. The anodising looks crap and I don't like that huge ugly logo.
Speaking of DNA 80C boards, I see that Stealth Vape have them and the DNA 60 and DNA 60C in stock right now.
For the money they're asking, I'm tempted to look at Boxer (did I actually type that) and Delro, or wait for others to be cloned. Or even Lost Vape
I see Vaperz Cloud San AIO is coming out with a DNA 80C version soon. I wasn't interested in the original San AIO, but a DNA80C version has me peeking. Price sounds like about $175. And the Hall of Vape 2024 Expo in Germany had a lot of Boro style DNA60C AIOs that are coming out soon.

You can get a better mod for that price. The Blaze feels sharp. Square-ish in the front without the edge lines being rounded, I dont know if thats the right word to describe it..
Also, I feel that the airflow is Disproportionate do to the uneven cutouts on the design. I really can't explain it in detail. It feels cheep it isn't like a Tycoon, Billet Box or even the the Dot mod. They all feel better then the Blaze...

I haven't been doing much lately.
I have tried to learn the theme setup for the DNA 60C.
My bb's have now received mod adjustment of screen, stealth, replay, boost, cutoff time.
5 pin that I soldered on all the chipsets turned out very well in practical use. Since the screen has to be flipped out for the upgrade, I also get to check if any juice has crept in there.
For someone who has not used escribe before, it has gone well with the dna 60c, the next step is to change the main screen on the dna 100c, the only thing I miss there is puff wattage in the TC.
Maybe with slightly smaller fonts, I'll get one more line in there.
The only thing worth thinking about is whether you are a TC vaper or not.
Personally, I'll probably buy a DNA 80C chipset, but it's mostly to have lying around in case I suddenly get an idea in my head, no TC less interest.
Since I am 99% rta and tc, dna 60 c and dicodes bf 60, dicodes ec 23 are my types of chipsets.
I was thinking just the other day, someday someone will make a dual 18650 boro style device. But I had no idea, it has already been done. And it has been out a year now and how did I miss it? If I have seen a pic of this in the past, I must have seen it and thought what an ugly boro device and moved on. Is this the only dual 18650? Anybody have one? And the fire button is on the boro cover? That might actually be a good thing. Might be easy for a DNA80C upgrade too, too soon to tell.

Excluding the DNA Go boards I probably had only about 100 Replay puffs combined on my mods with Color boards. That is till testing the 80C came about. I must say it does well. The big plus with the 80C is it will just about Replay any coil. Here is mine Replaying a Triton Kanthal coil head.

It reminds me of the Rx200 mods from back in the days. Some guys put dna chips in them and tured them into sqounker mods.
Bad case of the vapers tongue, it's been a long long time since I've got it. Had to break out the flavor bangers "GR1's" to the rescue.

Didn't realise that. So the DNA 80C replays ni80? My only experience with replay is with the Go board in my Orion and that needed SS coils

That is what reviewers say about them, they have that RX200 feel to them.
I bought two Wismec Reuleaux RX200 when they were released and like a month later they came out with the Wismec Reuleaux DNA200. So I decided to try this DNA stuff and I got two of those. And down the Evolv rabbit hole I went. I didn't touch those two Reuleaux RX200 again.
I wasn't a squonker yet at this time, so I don't remember the RX200 DNA squonker conversions. I do remember that DNA squonkers were very rare though. I also remember a couple of years later the Geekvape GBOX squonker. I loved them while most swore at them. They too had that RX200 feel to them. And at this time, DNA squonkers started showing up with the help from Lost Vape and Vicious Ant leading the way.
Yes Ni80 and some with Kanthal. Every color DNA board has Replay with the right firmware. Although the DNA80C is a whole new class of Replay. Maybe it should be called Replay v2.
