you mean reactive to juice? Do they react to some?
They are food grade. I think she meant not to reactive to oversqounking.

For me it wasn't all about the size. What impressed me was the predrilled o ringless metal top, not heat welded, the seemingly soft texture, and leakproof! The vendor sent me a video demonstrating extreme squeezing and tapping with hammer and no splits or leaks!

So is it just the pressure fit between the tubing and the metal ring that creates the seal? What about where the threads meet the underside of the metal cap...how does that seal? For me it wasn't all about the size. I am trying to get my hands on a pile of these so far no return email from the chaps that sell them

The new bottles are fantastic! I got some in yesterday. Very nice! WIll fit Reo's!
Thanks for finding these, Rudy!
Here are instructions sent by supplier:
Although the bottle has an immediate seal, the threading wall needs to be
perfectly bonded to the stainless steel cup.
In order to do this, before the first use (only before the first use) you
need to screw the cap to the empty bottle, pressinng the silicone tubing and
squeezing the bottle so that all the air inside the bottles escapes. By
doing this the air flow will impact on the threaded neck of the bottle,
which will tend to widen and percftly adhere to the cap.
Now you ca fill the bottle with your "juice" knowing that:
- you should recalibrate Your squonking (a gentle push is enough)
- leaks will be an old and odd memory
- the bootle will be completely emptied we no need for an Arnold
Schwarzenegger thumb
- the bottle will remain intact over time
- your juice is contained in a food certified plastic (more info will be
released ASAP)
- your squonking range will be increased by 2.5ml
Hmmm... this is a little unclear (second language, I get it). I believe you squeeze the bottle after seating the cap (not while seating it), but I'm unsure how pressing the tube is accomplished. You would think that restricting the air flow through the tube would increase the pressure in the bottle, thus forcing the neck to adhere to the cap, but the instructions say to let all the air out, so the tube in not meant to be pinched off. Sooo... press it partially closed?

Seems like if these bottles are custom made they can make them much taller for the reo.. 10-12ml anyone?
Yeah... That one sentence had me also reading it more than once
Okay, so I'm NOT the only one that was a bit confused. I read and re read a few times trying to figure out what he was saying.
Maybe Corey can chime in and see if he can translate for us since he has them?? Corey?
