For me it wasn't all about the size. What impressed me was the predrilled o ringless metal top, not heat welded, the seemingly soft texture, and leakproof! The vendor sent me a video demonstrating extreme squeezing and tapping with hammer and no splits or leaks!

This part does sound cool. The only problems I've had with leaking is with the extra prefilled bottles I usually have. When I swap for a prefilled bottle I shake it up first and it leaks a bit. And oring in the cap seems to have solved that problem though. These bigger bottles seem great just not for me.

So is it just the pressure fit between the tubing and the metal ring that creates the seal? What about where the threads meet the underside of the metal cap...how does that seal?

I am trying to get my hands on a pile of these so far no return email from the chaps that sell them

Bigger is better for my uses, I go thru a lot of joose every day/night with my LSDLH's and mid sub ohm builds. There are some viable options to up the 6ml bottles. But what I'd like to find is a viable option to up the 3ml bottles that I have to refill up to several times a day in a Reo. The square soy bottle fix for them was not a fix, have 23 of them floating around here someplace (the 24th split way too soon after it was installed).

Would also be great if a 3000mAh 14500 batt came out. ;) (Might as well wish BIG). :)

Here are instructions sent by supplier::2cool:

Although the bottle has an immediate seal, the threading wall needs to be
perfectly bonded to the stainless steel cup.
In order to do this, before the first use (only before the first use) you
need to screw the cap to the empty bottle, pressinng the silicone tubing and
squeezing the bottle so that all the air inside the bottles escapes. By
doing this the air flow will impact on the threaded neck of the bottle,
which will tend to widen and percftly adhere to the cap.
Now you ca fill the bottle with your "juice" knowing that:
- you should recalibrate Your squonking (a gentle push is enough)
- leaks will be an old and odd memory
- the bootle will be completely emptied we no need for an Arnold
Schwarzenegger thumb
- the bottle will remain intact over time
- your juice is contained in a food certified plastic (more info will be
released ASAP)
- your squonking range will be increased by 2.5ml

Hmmm... this is a little unclear (second language, I get it). I believe you squeeze the bottle after seating the cap (not while seating it), but I'm unsure how pressing the tube is accomplished. You would think that restricting the air flow through the tube would increase the pressure in the bottle, thus forcing the neck to adhere to the cap, but the instructions say to let all the air out, so the tube in not meant to be pinched off. Sooo... press it partially closed?

Okay, so I'm NOT the only one that was a bit confused. I read and re read a few times trying to figure out what he was saying.
Maybe Corey can chime in and see if he can translate for us since he has them?? Corey? :pop:

By supplier via facebook :pop:

Here are the 7 reasons why choose the SuperSoft:
1-It's the first bottle ever born and designed to be used in systems bf
2-Greater capacity and autonomy (8.5 ml)
3-Most softness (the bottle is soft to the squonking)
4-Completely watertight (impossible to the leakage of eliquid from the cup thanks to a careful study on the fillet)
5-Greater resistance to broken (albeit made of soft plastic the bottle is very resistant and not subject to failure)
6-Food Plastic Certified (the plastic used for the construction is for use in food)
7-Compatible with all the box bf that use the 6 ml bottle

Seems like if these bottles are custom made they can make them much taller for the reo.. 10-12ml anyone?

Supplier specifically using same specs as original 6ml bottle to accommodate and fit all BF mods. Any taller and bottle will not fit some of the Italian BF mods.

I'm thinking screw on the cap, block the tube, press the heck out of the bottle to apply pressure so the top will expand in the cap due to internal pressure, then slowly release air thru the tube until all air has escaped?
Or maybe suck the air out thru the tube like a straw to get the air completely out? Hmmmmm...
Maybe I'll email the vendor and see if he can do an instruction video.

I didn't receive the instructions with mine. I just rinsed one out, filled it, hooked it up, and started squonkin... It's amazing how effortless the squonkin' action is with these. No leaking, whatsoever... I hope Rob's able to get the quantity he needs to keep up with the demand he'll have. These things are perfect for REO's. :thumb:
