Suggestion: Offer a quantity discount, just like the original vendor does. Most people who try these bottles do not wanna go back to the old-school ones and are not gonna want just one.
I know what your intended asking price range was going to be for these... giveaway in comparison to what they have asked you to sell them for. As always an honest man who cares more about his customers than the almighty buck, and has proven it endless times.
Had it been me, I would have told them that they don't set my selling prices, I do.

That works, until you want more. I'm on the other end in my (not vape-related!) business, trying to keep some of my resellers in certain markets from engaging in price wars, while also trying to keep others in different markets from gouging their customers. Anyway, there's the Doctrine of First Sale. Once you sell something to someone, you can't really control the price at which they resell it. If they own it, it's theirs to do with as they see fit. On the other hand, there's absolutely nothing that requires one to continue to give resellers a hefty wholesale discount in the future, when they place new orders. So in this case, the pragmatic question for Rob is: Does he plan to re-order these in the future? If yes, then he needs to toe the line. If no, then he can do whatever he wants.
I owned several successful businesses during my working life in widely different markets (services, manufacturing, restoration, construction, retail, wholesale). Being successful businesses meant that when I paid for inventory or services for them, those providing them to me made a lot more money. I set my own prices for goods/services for a reasonable return, so did not engage in price wars, I never had the need to. Some of my suppliers may have suggested them, but they did not set my prices. None of them ever turned my continued business down. They wanted to be successful too.
I did check into this and my site is not set up for it . I could put a discount on the item but I didn't see anywhere I could set it up like that . Running a website in not one of my strong points .
Just out my order in and noticed that there's now only 4 options for shipping. 3 are the same.. international mail first class $8 and the other is reg first class.. no option for priority mail??

I often had dealer pricing agreements to abide by in the bicycle business, with a set minimum retail pricing. Violation of pricing policy would theoretically mean restricted access to products and loss of current level pricing, but often protested that the same company would not enforce this to larger shops.
The skeptic in me says they will want to run occasional fb promotions at a bargain $5 and if that is your going rate then that takes away their "bargain".
I always got disgusted when manufacturers did this same thing in my industry.
I'm good with however you roll Rob. Its you I like, your very reasonable prices are just a bonus, and you build pretty wood mods too

You could set up three items for the bottles - one piece, pack of three pieces and a pack of ten pieces, or whatever fits your need, and price accordingly.
