Bottom cap doesn't fit?

I bought a new Buzz Pro last week. I saw the post about the plastic bottom cap breaking, so I ordered this bottom cap figuring it would be better and I wouldn't have to worry about the plastic one breaking. I got it today, but it only screws in about 3/4 of a turn and then stops. Is this not compatible? Any help would be appreciated....

Some of the chrome caps had over plating on them , we need to swap it out , make sure to note us about checking the next one please !!! sorry man , threads can be finicky.

You can also run a tread cleaner through it if you don't want to send it in. When I tore mine apart today to take a pic of it I had to use the cap off my very first Buzz Beta and it worked great.

Just wanted to update and say that the replacement bottom cap was shipped today. Great service!

Just wanted to post an update. I got the replacement cap today and it works perfectly without any problems. Still able to turn it off with about a 1/4 counter-clockwise turn. Thanks!
