When I'm home, I use a Provari. They're a little pricey, but well worth it, IMO. When I'm out and about, I carry a simple single 14500 box. 3.7V. Made from a double AA battery box. No feeder. Just a manual button and a safety on/off switch. Small enough to fit in my pocket, or the palm of my hand.

Not sure where the EGO-T/Tornado fall into the tube mods, but I'm loving mine and even if you wanted a VV it would still fall short of the 150 side of the spectrum.
