Braided coils tutorials

Hello there, new to the forum. I have been vaping since 2009 and have been getting into building coils for the last 5 months or so. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good resources for braided coils?

twisted or braided? If it's twisted, there's a ton of youtube videos on it. Grab a drill and an allen wrench and you're in business. If it's braided....convince yourself that it's more work than it's worth and refer back to the twisted videos.
