Breath Deep

Breathing Deep is not something I could do- until today.

Wow it is amazing how fast your lungs bounce back,
a little less than 24 hours analog free and I just realized that funny feeling was my lungs EXPANDING!

The only problem I am having I Just don't know what to do with myself when I would normally be outside puffing away...

The only craving I am getting is out of pure boredom. (well that and wondering where the heck my paycheck is with only an hour left til closing.)

I'm a professional wrestler (all opinions on wrestling aside you better be in shape before you jump in a ring and work a match for 10-15 minutes) After nearly 3 weeks without an analog I can definitely feel the difference in my lung capacity and being able to work longer and harder in the ring.

Every minute of the day I'm becoming a believer... I'm blown away with it! 30 yrs of smoking and 5 days later I haven't smoked 3 of them... WOW! Good bye for good!

If you're missing having an analog outside, just vape out there. That's what I do and it helps a lot.

I do this as well at times - I try to vape where I USED to smoke because of the psychology behind it. Trying to 'fool' your brain that what you're doing is the same, the better to replace the one habit with the other - conciously you know its NOT but your subconcious doesn't care about logic

I was also in the same boat but around the 3-4 day I was really enjoying Vaping.. Good Luck!

When I smoked I never took a deep breath because I would cough my head off. Ever few hours I would get so congested I had trouble breathing then I would have to take a breathing treatment to clear some of it out.
Since I started vaping I can breath deep and don't get the congestion, no more treatments. Isn't it wonderful.

I laughed today. I laugh alot but this was different.I mean a really hardy loud laugh ! Before I used e-cigs I knew at the end of a great laugh I was gonna cough and be very embarrassed, and everyone in the room would think " SMOKER "....
But today wow It felt so good to let loose a really great Laugh !!

Now everyone don't just giggle...Let it loose

I guess now since we don't have smokers cough , we have vapers laugh ..LOL
