I emailed them and they got back to me in about 6 hours which was really quick! and I did what they suggested and I put a wood block on top of the provari and lightly tapped it with a hammer and it went right back into place. Then I did my best to try to take it off again and it wouldn't budge! so overall I am pretty happy with the service from Provape and I will be ordering from them again
Here is there helpful email for anyone else out there that may run into like this.
This is odd. I'm sorry the top cap has come off. It's actually press fit into the tube and it would require having a heavy
tank on it and knocking it over to loosen the top cap.
This can be fixed from home if you want. If you take a flat piece of wood and put it on top of the top cap, you can then hammer the top cap back down and into place without damaging it.
However, if you would rather send it in and have us look at it in case it is a defect in the ProVari, here are the instructions:

Items to Include with the package:
1. Your Order number:???? Or where you purchased it from.
2. The device
3. Original end cap
4. A copy of this email so we know it's yours.
5. MAKE A NOTE OF WHERE YOU WANT THE DEVICE RETURNED CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE INCLUDED LETTER.
We don't need any other items or the extended end cap unless this is the only cap you have.
It's very important to make sure your address is current on your online account. This is the address where the items will be returned. If you have moved, just login to your account at ProVape.com and update the address then let us know that it's been updated. **IT'S IMPORTANT THAT YOU EMAIL US IF YOU UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS SO WE CAN CHECK THAT THE SYSTEM PROPERLY UPDATED, OTHERWISE IT MIGHT NOT GET SAVED.**
**We recommend using USPS priority mail with tracking for the return.**
If the repairs being done are going to be outside of warranty service we will contact you by email and let you know how much the repairs will run before we perform any actions.
