I was just in the "New Members Forum" and come to realize how much I don't know about vaping. Good God, some of these "newbies" are way more advanced than I am. When I joined ECF just a few months ago, folks were still posting questions about EGOs and cig alikes. Now there asking about coil builds and mods, and concerned about blowing clouds. Guess I'm just one of the Old folks on the front porch....

Don't sweat it; people were talking about EGOs and cig alikes when I joined 4 years ago. Everyone has a different knowledge level when it comes to vaping; I'm just glad there's a forum like this, where all that info from people is pretty easy to look over.
Kind of feel the same way sometimes. But most of us find a comfortable spot where we like to vape and then learn more in depth about that. I have a bunch of mech mods and drippers but I'm not anything close to an expert on them, I just like to play with them. When it's time to quit playing, I grab my regulated box mod, a tank with a 1.9ohm coil, and some rather simple DIY juice.

Anyone can buy an iStick 30watt with a subΩ clearomizer/tank that produces a lot of "clouds. The Mini Subtank comes with subΩ stock coils and includes a rebuildable base. "Newbies" can know absolutely nothing about vaping and yet still vape safely using a setup like this.

I can't argue that point, I just remember trying to figure out how to get a good hit off my ego with a CE4 clearo on top, and trying to learn the language. The REALLY simple stuff.
