I find also if you got a regulated mod that also shows the voltage output if you adjust your watts and the volts read to 3.5-3.6 voltage range. I get a good vape not too hot and good flavor. I've run dual staple aliens with 6 wraps on each coil and it comes to a .15 and I vape it at around 60-70 watts.

Like ohms volts isn't really a good indicator either. If its a .15 dual standard SS316L 60-70w is gonna be way to hot for me. On the other hand if its a crazy triple coil like your staple aliens with more wraps @ 0.15 3.5-3.6v 60-70w aint gonna be enough.
Even if we knew everything about your coil we really can't tell you what to vape it at. At best we could give you a wide wattage range like the ones printed on factory coils. I used to vape .5 ohm 5 wrap 26 awg n80 at 13w and people would tell me I couldn't even producing vapor at that (I was) but thats how I liked it. Start low and just keep going till you hit your sweet spot then try higher to see if it gets better or to hot/burnt.
I've used some prebuilt coils and now remember that the coils I used also used the resistance for a pair. I ended up using the long legs and making a turn or two more turns.
I did have a Kanger tank I didn't have any flavor coming out of it and bought a Vaperesso RBA which worked for me.
Now I have Smok TFV8 tanks that have .40 ohm coils that are great for flavor and vapor, both have RBA decks.

Yeah, the flavour could be your tank too, I don't care for the massive bore driptips myself, they mute flavour. Sometimes just changing to a smaller bore or even MTL drip tip will help alot. I've suggested it to TFV8 users in the past and they were quite pleased with the result.
