Has anyone had any experience with the RJ CATs mod? I tried to build on it and it's just REALLY hot. I have rebuilt it 3 times (.22 ohms, 0.30 ohms, 0.35 ohms) using G-Plat red wire in a dual coil set up. I can't seem to get it right. I'm using the Jinamods Ebony Wood Fairy mod with Sony VTC5's and have tried the LG 2500 mAh battery with 20 amps of continuous discharge. I can't seem to get it right. Should I go quad coils? The deck is a little smaller than I'm used to so I don't know about how big I can go. I can post pictures if needed. Thanks Veterans! :)

I have the cat. When i build it i go a bit higher on the resistance. You should be using either cotton or cellucotton on it and another thing to try is High VG juice. Changing the battery type will have little effect as watts unless the battery is drained to a lower voltage. It's going to draw what it wants out o the battery. One other thing to keep in mind is the inside diameter of the coil. I go no less than 2.5mm most of mine are 3mm inside diameter. If you go to low on the I.D. You burn off your juice to fast. So go to the larger diameter with a cotton type wick using High VG juice and up your resistance a a bit. Oh you want more air on that RDA you can leave off the outside brass sleeve. But I think your fix will end up being a larger diameter with a bit higher resistance. I don't go below .4 unless i'm going to enter a cloud competition.
