Hey Vapor Dudes & Dudettes: Well, I've made it to the Complete MOD ZONE! In the three months I've been vaping (OK, nearly four) I've gone from Cig-alikes to trying all kinds of delivery devices and Batteries that now I own a Plethora of vaping Equipment! I haven't stepped up to real expensive custom ones like the Provari type equipment just yet. Well, except for the Bottom Feeding Vapage Vmod which is a real cool practical all day Stealthy Mod!

I've made some mistakes and some good choices. One of the Biggest and Best was Joining this Forum! Made some New vaping Friends and ...... Off a Few Too! Yeah, You know who You are! Sorry No Hard Feelings! I've Spent Way To Much on this New Venture/Adventure! But then, it's all worth it!

In the Mail today amongst other things a couple AGI Dripping & Glass Tank Stainless Rebuildable Atomizers arrived. I've been playing with VAMO 2's for a couple weeks so when I saw these New RBA's I said Skullie I think it's time to jump all in! Sure, I was a little apprehensive I've never built or rebuilt any Custom Vaping Device.

I watched VapingwithDave's YouTube Video: Stainless Steel Wick Tutorial then followed pretty much how he shows to do it, applied it to the AGI RBA. For My Very First Time I have to say I'm Proud of Myself and would offer to those that are on the fence contemplating doing this to Just Jump in Grab the Reins and Go!

Guess what, it worked First Time! And it Works Great! I did the 6-5 Wrap with 30 Kanthal Wire around the Oxidized Stainless Mesh it Ohmed out on the VAMO at 2.8ohms Burns with No Hot Spots! And Boy Does it VAPE! Oh My God What a Difference! The Taste is the Biggest Thing! Then the Throat Hit! And the Vapor, its Just Amazing! I Now Know what All You've been talking about! I Really Wish I had not waited So Long to try this!

I'm at 4.7 Volts on my VAMO 2 with my 2.8ohm Oxidized Stainless Mesh Wick & 6-5 Wrap. Vaping the Heck out of the Boba's! Purty Decent I must say!

I have an AGI coming in today, along with the Sigelei #13 telescope. I already have been using the AGA T+ and liking it, hope I like the AGI as well. Glad you got up and running with no major problems, it is rewarding when you have success.

I'm curious though, how you got 2.8 ohms from a 30g wrapped 6/5. Maybe it's just the difference between the AGI and the AGA, but I just redid my coil last night, 30g wrapped 6/5... 1.6ohms. It's a little hot for me, I think I might rebuild it again with 32g tonight.

Thanks Fellow Vapors! It does feel good and even better that it's still working! I really anticipated that I would have to do it a couple few times before I got it right!?? I dig this AGI it works well looks good and Vapes like Hell! TheSteve that Sigeli looks Cool and with the AGI on top that will be a good looking setup! I recently ordered up one of those K-100's it telescopes like the Sigeli.

I really don't know what to say Statistic but I don't know anything about the stainless mesh as there was no info with it. It is a very super tight weave and I used less then what was recommended in the video because it was already pre-cut?

The other thing I was thinking it might be the spring in the connection between the Tank & Atomizer?? But Yep, that is the reading I got when it was dry! Since I filled the Tank and its wet it now reads 3ohms. I've been running it between 4.7 and 5.1 Volts with Awesome Vapor!

I do remember in the video Dave talks about using 28g wire and it being to hot so he went with 30g and that is just what I happen to have. I rolled that mesh supper tight it looks like its almost solid! I have no idea if that makes any difference? Other videos I checked out most were doing a 4-3 wrap I chose to go with Dave's recommendation.

Now if I could just get some more Boba's Bounty and Gorilla Juice!

Hey Baditude: Thanks Man! You know I owe a lot of it to You, Your Advice & all the info you shared with me and others! With out it I would have been making all kinds of wrong decisions wasting my funds on what would have ended up being useless clutter! Its Folks like You, Ocelot and others that can set a stray newb like myself on the right path and actually feel like I have some Real Knowledge of this Vaping World because I do now Thanks to You!!

Yep and here I am building my first! And I'm not even four months old! I would have built a couple more by now but I'm out of Boba's & Gorilla and it looks like it's going to be at least a couple more weeks before we will be able to place an order! So, I'll be using the equipment that's already in use till then! I have plenty of Mass Menthol, Gamel, Desert Ship & Extreme Ice to hold me over plus all those Gourmet Flavors I can Drip when I'm feeling Drippy!

It's Funny Bad, it wasn't long ago I would see Folks posting photos of their Gear and be amazed at all the High Tech Vaping Machines, Tanks and Atty's they had acquired thinking Man they have a lot of disposable income or had gone overboard with what they have and well, I'm one of them already! One of these days I'm going to have to lay it all out and shoot some of my gear and post as well. I look at it all and I'm some what amazed I have acquired as much as I have in such a short time!

The Future? Well, I see taking some time and figuring out what Upper Scale Mods I would like to invest in!?? I do believe a Provari may be in line in the not to distant Future! But another of my passions is coming out to play as I just invested in a New Motorcycle and some of these funds will have to be directed in that direction as I prepare to get back out on the Road on My Triumph Tiger 1050 Adventure Bike! One thing is for sure I will have plenty of Vaping equipment to bring along on those adventures! And I will be able to share some with others introducing them to Vaping! Be that teachers assistant of You & Ocelot! Passing along the knowledge! Give back what was given to me! Right!

Once you can handle the investment of one, I don't think you will be disappointed in purchasing a Provari. I just bought my second one as an anniversary gift to myself for going 1 year smoke-free. I can't recommend them more highly than the best PV I've ever owned.

Cheers, man! I came here to more or less say the same thing with the same RBA. And you know... You get what you pay for. My first attempt was with the DID Clone from High Desert Vapes. I love those folks, but that little thing is complete crap. I thought it was me, or that maybe the wire the product comes with was too weak or something. I'd re-wicked it, I've tried silica wick (which was kind of fun to figure out how to do), with zero good results. I'd been re-wicking ProTakes with easy, been using an IGO-L for a few weeks and it was a cake walk, but that DID clone... No luck.

Just received the same RBA, built a wick, wrapped it, found one hot spot, and now I'm happily vaping away with zero problems. And the thing looks spiffy as hell on my Vamo
