Bulk Apothecary - 10lbs of VG is almost a full gallon, right?

I'm about to place an order and I want to make sure I'm buying around a gallon. I'm pretty sure it is almost a gallon but they are so cheap compared to other non-vape retailers that I feel I'm missing something.
