Does anyone know anything about these 2 companies? Are the carts any good? Has anyone tried both? Does the battery last longer since they are newer companies? I know everyone is going to say pre filled is a bad way to go and that the cig style is not the best either. I am just beginning to think I have overcomplicated myself. I am tired of getting juice all over my hands and then having it leak all over the place. Money totally wasted. Maybe if I take a simpler route for awhile I can figure out my next move. Please don't tell me using ur own juice is cheaper, I know it is. I am just looking to simplify for awhile. Buying pre filled carts and using a 2 part system sounds like bliss to me right now:closedeyes:

Have used a V2 since may. Good quality unregulated batteries. Liked their Sahara and Cowboy/Red and Coffee prefilled carts. Strange thing was that the Sahara and Cowboy prefilleds come in horizontal coil carts that were awesome and the Coffee came in vertical coil carts that I didnt like so much very strange lol. Good quality product though but very overpriced ( especially for replacement batteries ).

You may want to give the Smokeless Image Volt or Halo G6 a look if this is the type of e cig you want. They are spoke of very highly here. Good luck.

Hi i'll put in the good word for V2. I bought their ultimate kit 3 and a half months ago and am pleased with the results not so say there are not other cheaper compareable products. Their cigs are good and is a simple two piece desighn. I would have kept buying their carts but i found that they dont last as long as they say they do. It can quickly become an expesive venture. So if money is not a problem I think it's a good choice. Refilling the carts with my own juice gave me a wider variety of juices and has become much more cost effective. Only problem is that it is time consuming! So i can kinda see just buying the prefilled carts if money is not a concern! Good luck hope this helps.:vapor:

Instead of V2, for KR808D-1 models most people use Vapor4Life, SmokelessImage Volt, Bloogplanet Maxxfusion or Halocigs G6, all of which are full service vendors with prefilled and blank cartomizers and eliquid as well as more reasonable prices for parts. Most of those should also have manual batteries available (easier to get a good hit, harder to damage or kill with juice leaks, won't turn on accidentally from wind or vibration). And they don't exaggerate and claim their battery is 4.2v. All 3.7v batteries are 4.2v unloaded right off the charger. But they are not called 4.2v - they are called 3.7v.

Whatever you get I recommend manual batteries - harder to damage/kill with juices leaks when refilling cartos. I can get 7 days use out of one carto. And manuals make it much easier to get a good hit. Most people here use and recommend manuals. And I recommend you get a 2-piece model that KR808D-1 threaded, not KR808D-2 or mystery threaded. KR808D-1 like the models I listed above is the threading supported by 3rd party carto manufacturers - so when cool new carto styles come along like clear cartos, KR808d-1 is supported and the rebrander threading KR808D-2 (like Red Dragon, Greensmoke, the old Bloog, Smoke 51 Duo) is never supported.

I started out with V2. I think they are a good company for new vapers. The kit prices are mid range, with 10 prefilled flavor options. Some of the flavors, like menthol and Sahara, have loyal followings. I had a couple battery issues early on, which customer service resolved with no problem. CS is very helpful. I never had a bad experience with them. I'd recommend V2 to anyone starting out, and I do frequently. For me, as time went on, vaping became as much hobby as habit, and I began to look beyond V2 for my supplies. Not because I was ever dissatisfied, but because I began to get into purchasing juice from, other places, using mods, mixing my own juice, etc.

V2 Sahara will forever be my Fav. I bought an ultimate kit 4 months ago. Never had a problem. Great customer service. Cola, coffee, Sahara, menthol, peppermint, vanilla all yummy. I use a 2 ohm atty on the batteries and have for over a month. Still using it all, and my Pcc as well. If I had to make the decision again, it'd be the same. Yeah, it's pricy, but they back up their product pretty well.

I started on a V2 as well. Besides price, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. Even then, they still beat the pants off of mall-kiosks or similar in the pricing department. I liked their flavors well enough when I was still using them, I was just going through too many cartos to make it even remotely cost-effective. And now I see they're finally selling refill fluid, lol...

Oh btw, check out their clearance section - looks like some decent deals going on some stuff that's getting phased out/replaced.
EDIT: just realized the "deals" are on 0mg and 6mg cartos... meh.

V2's style of KR808D-1 is like the original manufacturer model but they charge higher for for spare batteries and I don't know if they offer manuals.

Vapor4Life is also like the original manufacturer model but they add a custom 10-13 second cutoff allowing longer drags (vs 5 second cutoff for most KR8's) and charge less for parts. Manual batteries are available.

The rubberized models of KR808D-1 (SmokelessImage, Bloogplanet's current model, Halocigs G6) add 40mah longer longer battery charge w/ regulated 3.6v instead of 3.7v. Their manuals are more obviously sealed though the buttons are small and partially recessed so a bit harder to press. Their cutoff is 5 seconds. Their cartos are very nice bottom coil cartos. Manual batteries are available.

All KR808D-1 models are good. KR808D-2 are good too except for not offering manuals and being incompatible with 3rd party stuff.
