Bummed..2 brand new inferno batteries and both are dead.

Just got my 2 brand new volcano inferno batteries in the mail yesterday and both are dead..not only that but they burned out 4 brand new cisco atomizers. If anybody can point me to a vendor that sells reliable batteries and drip low res atomizers, i would appreciate it.

I don't understand. If they're dead, how did they burn out the attys? Is it possible one of the atty's is shorted and it fried the batteries?
