Bumps on inner lower lip?

My Mom is saying that when she first started with one juice (don't know the brand,) she had bumps on her inner lower lip. I just got her a batch of Johnson Creek juices, and she has it still (I got her the lower PG juice). Anyone else have this??

Yeah, first day. Don't think it was the juice flavor - perhaps juice in the mouth - it was a 4081.... or "primer fluid". Was gone the next day.
