:)Got my 510 today. I was impressed. .

I was impressed when I first got mine after a similar experience.... I thought 'hmmm this could actually work.' and i wasn't trying to quit - I meant in terms of duplicating the experience of smoking. That was the last day I had a cigarette over 6 months ago. Glad we could help out.
 
I too was burned by them! I tried to call to get my return number but the phone center was undergoing maintenance. I was out of town and had no internet access so by the time I got to a computer and tried to get a return number they said I was past my 10 day free trial. I opened a claim on Dec 26th and am still waiting for a reply. They have charged my credit card for the e-cig and have put me on the auto refill program. I just sent them another message telling them I would be contacting the BBB and Attorney General if I did not hear back from them within 24 hours. Fingers crossed.

I filed a claim with the BBB and a week after doing so they contacted me with an RMA # and I received a refund 4 days after they received the kit back. The State Attorney General would not bet involved. In all it took over a month after requesting a refund (2 days after receiving the product). They also removed my name from the refill program.
 
I THINK I got a bad starter kit also. Not from the same company. I was so excited and anxious to be a non-smoker (analog) and so VERY disappointed with my e-cigs. I started New Years Eve and today I am smoking analogs (my 501 is in the mail) so I will start again when I receive them.

Hardly any vapor at all. Thought maybe a bad cart. I just didn't know what to think because I had no point of reference. And I knew the batteries were charged. I will be returning it tomorrow and hopefully get a refund.

These forums have been so helpful.

Footnote: I have read A LOT on this site and have not seen this company mentioned....NOT ONCE. Company being Beyond Technology.

Thanks to everyone...I feel I have somewhere to go for help and very good information.
