and the XLs are only about a cm longer than the regulars. not sure how much more use we'll actually get from them before topping off, but maybe it'll help for us serial killers
i think they are designed more for use with the ego style batteries. this way they clear the cone with enough left to suck on without a drip tip or additional mouth piece. (*suck on* sorry... not sure how else to phrase it

I get that funny taste too. Don't know what it is. And the carto runs way too hot and too harsh for me. The eGo cartos had a similar off taste after a while, come to think of that.
