I hope this is in the right forum. If not, someone will hopefully move it for me. So here is the issue: my wife and I both vape, have been for almost two years. We decided to try some juice from a new shop that opened up here locally, as she tried the flavor that she picked out, she has had a burning sensation in her throat and tongue. It isn't the burn from nicotine, as with EVERY other juice, she hasn't had any issue. We vape at 6 mg and this has never happened to either of us. I was wondering if this is a sign of inferior ingredients even though he "claims" quite the opposite of that. I found it kind of fishy as he was pumping up his juice like crazy, and running it at $4.50 per 10mL bottle. I just didn't see if his ingredients were so great, how could he sell so low and still make a profit? (Separate issue, I'm rambling, my opinions of how I felt this guy was a tool is for another time) So any help or input if anyone else has experienced this would be helpful. Thanks guys and gals!

Just my :2c: but maybe this vendor uses a higher PG ratio? Or maybe his liquid was mislabeled like placing a 6mg sticker on a 24mg. Only other guess I've got is (more than once) I've had a perfectly fine liquid do that to me if the atomizer is gunked up. Biggest clue to me is I get poor vapor AND some extra burning in my throat. Why I get the burning I have no idea.

It's a brand new carto. Although, she's sitting here talking to me about it as I reply, and I misunderstood. The replies were helpful nonetheless, BUT it was a different juice that I had added VG to for her that she was getting a burning from, NOT the new juice from this shop. So I think she has some sensitivity to VG as this juice (I really think) has a much higher pg, as it moves like water in her tank.
