Well...Aspire is a reasonably good ce4...Unfortunately even with that being said...They are small devices and having one be bad wouldn't be unheard of...???

Thank to very much. I'll try to use this one as much as I can stand and when it burns completely I'll go ahead and try a new coil in it and see if it does it again. If so, I'll look into new tanks.

Ok. Two things you can do to avoid the dry hit.

First, make sure the liquid always covers the holes in the coil. This makes sure the wicking material hardly ever draws air. Second, after taking a few puffs with the fire button pressed, take a few without power. This draws liquid across the wicking to the metal heating element inside.

If you keep getting that horrible taste, the wick is probably burnt beyond return. Hate that... It's always a good idea to have several coils on hand.

Thank you very much. I will look into getting one of those

If you do end up getting one of those or another Ego kit. Get a 5 pack of the EGO CLR coils to go with it. You can replace the wick on them and get months of use out of one coil.

Thank you very much for the suggestion. I will definitely try that.

Now. I looked at the juice and it did see a bit thick. So I added a little bit of my 0 nicotine juice to it because that was much thinner. So far its been better. I haven't had any burnt taste yet. *fingers crossed!*

That looks like an Aspire C3? I think? I was just looking at them yesterday, was interested but I have plenty of better tanks so did not purchase.

Do you know the resistance of your coil? It should be printed on there in tiny letters, if your pen style device doesn't have adjustable wattage, you may be exceeding coil tolerances. I'm glad thinning your juice helped, but I'd suggest with whatever future setup you try, you get a battery that has adjustable wattages, if you can. There are lots of fairly inexpensive starter kits and some don't pair well together, while others are just great. I think the ego 1 mega is a great choice for a tank, or even a complete setup might be helpful to you. You can take your time and look around, but there are also a lot of labor day sales going on right now, not sure what part of the world you come from, though... and if you can import...

Best of luck and welcome to ECF! :)
