I'm using the Evolution from innovapor.com. It's a M402 series I think(real new to vapin, but thats kinda what I got from alot of reading here).

I really like my evo setups, but was thinking of maybe trying out a 501 setup with a manual battery. Also going to build a Nicostick next month.

Was thinking of going with one of the mod products, but they are all to big for my liking, except the janty, that is pretty small. But I like the "look" of the reg e-cigs.

What I can't figure out is why they can't make a battery for the minis that last longer than 1-2 hours depending on how often I am vapin. Is there a reason for that? or just the nature of the beast.

I was under the impression that nicotine would burn and could even cause sores.
At least I thought I read that in here somewhere when I first started.

So I used to get juice in the mouth with my automatic batteries a lot.
Pretty much for similar reasons as you, having to do with drawing too hard mostly.

I used to swish some saliva around in my mouth and spit it all out.
But getting a manual battery fixed the problem for me.

I own some defective carts and those are the ones that burn my lips. I always check when I pull the e-cig out of my mouth to see if any are leaking thru the bottom of the cart (not the air hole). Btw, mine is a 901. The black carts are the worse. Now after every e-cig break, I rinse the cart with water. That seems to have fix the burning sensation.
